Fast, friendly service. Great staff, nice place to take the kids, a few outdoor tables and benches available. The ONLY drawback to visiting the Rita's is that the parking lot is WAYYY TOO SMALL and more often than not a cluster of cars tends to accumulate from people trying to pull into ghe parking lot ut have to wait because payrons leaving and pulling out of parking spaces create blockages preventing people from being able to turn off the road and into fhe lot. The golden standard of Italian ice! Whenever I go to any shaved ice location, I always compare it to Rita's! My only slight disappointment is that they're only open in the summer, which is understandable but I'd honestly be fine to buy some in the winter haha. Awesome place, delicious treats!

I know the season just started and they may be training some new ppl, however we had a rude experience with a worker. didn’t appreciate attitude given when we asked about some flavors and specifically attitude given when we didn’t respond instantly about a question they asked us. hopefully as the season goes on it gets a little better customer service wise. otherwise, our treats were delicious!
