Altomonte's Italian Market & Delicatessen

This was my first time there, the food looked delicious but when I went to pay the lady at the register was so rude and ignorant, first she screamed at me to back up like I was a child, I am 59 yrs old. Then I didn’t hear her ask if I want a receipt and she screamed at me again. If you’re not happy with your job you shouldn’t work there.

Their chicken pot pie is the best I've ever tasted. Everything about it is good, the crust, ingredients and gravy are delicious

Great deli, butcher and bakery. Recently the catering dept went above and beyond to provide delicious sandwich trays for our family during a difficult time with little notice. Food is amazing and so are the people.

I usually order sandwiches once a week and the past two week their sandwiches have gone downhill. They advertise fresh bread but by biting into the roll you can tell it’s old. Sandwiches lack flavor or have any condiments on them and if you order a hot sandwich with cheese be prepared for burned cheese and a very chewy sandwich. And the large sandwiches are $15+ for old tasting food. What’s going on?

A few years ago I had a bad experience that I did a review. Now here we are two years later and I decided to give it another try. I ordered a pizza steak which I always ordered in the past and now the menu has been changed. Now you need to order a cheesesteak with mozzarella and sauce which I think may be an extra cost. It was hard to tell since the recipe isn’t broken down. My wife always ordered an Italian chicken steak which had roasted red peppers and broccoli or long hots. Now you need to order the chicken steak and everything else is extra cost. The two sandwiches were over $32 and when they came out my wife’s sandwich was a steak not chicken. Both of the steaks were chunky and chewy from the Family fatty meat. I guess we have to wait until Steve’s opens in Warrington. I don’t know what happened to Altomontes.
