I have been a regular customer here for 7 years. Service is always prompt and they really prioritize on good customer service. Products are always fresh and I can safely say this place has been consistent every single time I visit. There are a few Dunkin’ Donuts in the area and this one is actually out of my way but I deliberately choose to make the trip to this one
We don’t live in the area; visiting and picked up breakfast for family. The very nice young man taking our order repeated everything as I ordered. He also noticed that 1of our several drinks was incorrect and stopped us before we drove off. Super efficient and quick!

I really dislike giving poor reviews but in this case it is warranted. Ordered a medium coffee with cream and a donut.The coffee only had a little bit of cream and was given to me by a very unfriendly counter person. Also, the donut was stale.This surprised me as I have been to this establishment before and never had these issues.I will go back because of the previous experiences so I can give them another opportunity to show it was a just a one time problem.
