“Myself and three friends had come in to eat dinner and decided to sit at the bar. It was a very busy Saturday evening and yet we loved our meal [as always] but it seemed extra special this time because we had a terrific server named Allison who told us she was new there. You would never have guessed that by the way she handled herself. We were served our meal just as we requested and our drinks were always refilled without us having to ask. She made our experience better then we ever had before. We then came back the next week and we were told she was gone. She told us she loved working at your restaurant and to be honest she made our night the best time we ever had there. We are going to find out where she is now. Do you know? She is the type of bar server that we would follow. I can not imagine why she would leave a place that she was so happy at. We also heard a few other patrons mention her name and had specifically come into Tony's just because she worked there and leave because she was not there. Big loss to your establishment! “First off, it's important to note that Steel Penny does not allow customization of menu items. They're very rigid about substitutions or adjustments, which feels a bit off-putting and inflexible, especially for those who like to tweak their orders. That said, the Firenze sandwich was phenomenal. It comes with Burrata Cheese, Basil Pesto (nut-free), Arugula, Tomato, Balsamic Glaze, Sicilian EVOO, Salt, and Black Pepper, and you can choose between a chicken cutlet or Prosciutto di Parma. I went with the chicken cutlet, and it was an excellent choice. The rustic Italian bread roll was the perfect base, crusty yet soft enough to hold everything together. Every bite was flavorful, fresh, and well balanced. I also tried the Rose Gold Detroit-Style Pizza, which was very good. The crust was thick but still light, and the vodka sauce was delicious. I added pepperoni, which definitely elevated the flavor. The only real downside was the size, it's only six small slices, and for $20, that feels overpriced. Lastly, I ordered the Pumpkin Spice Latte. I asked for it extra hot, but it came out just warm. The flavor was fine, but I would have enjoyed it much more if it had been served steaming hot as requested. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars. I'd definitely go back for the chicken cutlet sandwiches as they're worth the trip. I'd hesitate to get another pizza at that price point, and I'd skip the latte next time.“

“Let me tell you I had the best experience at Chestnut Hill Brewing Company. I had my rehearsal lunch there for a large wedding party of 18. Alex Prost helped me from the beginning of this process to the end. He was friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. He went out of his way to correct an issue with our order and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that. The food was delicious and my party had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back to try more items!“

“We tried Tropical Smoothie Cafe for the first time. Everyone was very friendly. Service was quick. We tried the Acia bowl with Nutella. It was very good but smaller compared to other local places. We also had the spinach feta and pesto wrap. It was delicious. The wraps are small, however it was perfect for me. It was just over $5, it is an actual serving size. I will order that again. I paired that with the Bahama Mama smoothie to get the combo deal. The smoothie was so good. We will definitely go back.“

Two veggies and one bruschetta. The bruschetta was as ordered and very good. We only received one veggie Panini and got some other grilled chicken with lettuce and tomato?? Also the veggie Panini on their menu and online says grilled eggplant, instead it was two large fried pieces of eggplant on each half. Very generous sandwich but couldn’t eat most of it because of the fried eggplant.😫“

“Located inside of a historic Reading Railroad freight station, this bar has great root beer and fantastic burgers. I just wish they had karaoke nights or possibly a TouchTunes jukebox. “I met Marcello and Kiley the week before and New Hope and they invited us to come and have dinner this weekend. We went on Friday and had the back room basically to ourselves there was 10 of us. The food service was outstanding! Came and spoke with us several times, the chef came out, and said hello, our waitress Heather was absolutely incredible so efficient, and yet so loving! we were spoiled rotten! Everyone took home so much food because the portions were enormous. The prices were totally reasonable. “A very nice and popular local brewery off Main Street and near the train station. I believe it was the first one in Lansdale. They have a great selection of home crafted brewed seasonal beers for sale on the first floor. All that I’ve tried tried were absolutely great. Downstairs is a bar, restaurant, tables, a stage and restrooms. The food is generous and delicious. The bar is old fashioned comfort where people get together and have fun. They offer entertainment and different events. Check their website for their latest schedule. . A very relaxing place to have a good time with friends.“

Pictured: -Flautas -Shrimp Chimichanga -Mini Corn on the Cob -Chicken Tacos -Steak Burrito Bowl My favorite item from there has to be the flautas. It’s a deep fried rolled chicken tacos served with pico de gallo and sour cream. Highly recommend this restaurant to all those seeking a tasty mexican restaurant with good service and halal food!
