I'm a regular at this location. Employess do not follow safety/sanitary measures and often do not follow directions of making pizzas.
There was a medium length curly hair in the pizza I ordered last night. I'm furious and disgusted! If this happens again, I'm calling the inspector and bringing the hair back!
because I forgot to put a tip on the receipt and the driver took it upon himself to add $5 as his tip when I checked my statement I noticed it. I called and was surprised that the manager didn't believe me all because the driver has been there for about 3 years so went and I emailed the corporate office and was emailed back saying someone should be contacting me back in about 3 days that was on 8/20/19 and today is 9/4/19 and no-one has even acknowledged my complaint so I got...read full review
No Stars, just ZERO. 00000 ! After placing my order online long ahead I was waiting for pick up over 30 min and got nothing! No explanation, no refund. About 10 customers were in lane with me and NO ONE was served at all. Some persons were waiting even longer, 40 min or up to1 hour. No service. No one appear to the help desk with explanations while customers were waiting. I recommend to fire all these stupid workers and find new ones. And never come to this location.
