Freddy wasn't there

I tried Popeyes for the first time last week and will definitely be coming back! Jack took my order and was very patient with all of my questions. I made many modifications to my meal and he met them all accordingly. This was the best service I had ever received at a fast food place.

The manager here is very helpful. I put an online order with wrong address. He helped me to correct it. Very helpful and patient! I recommend this store.

Food is hit or miss. Mostly a hit. I guess it depends if you're lucky enough to get the fresh chicken or ones that were out and about and were just reheated. Place is nice, in and out, no knock on that. Service though is for the last few times I went a miss and I am talking mainly about drive thru. I use coupons and person working the drive thru doesn't know how to do it or just flat out doesnt want to so I get charged full amount despite handing them an unexpired coupon. Two and this is a big miss, I don't understand why is it so hard to give me the sauces I requested. I'll say what I want and they acknowledge it. After leaving I look into the bags and no sauces. I have gone to this place dozens of times at this point and last half a dozen or so times this has happened to me. For rush hour and such I probably wouldn't have mind but I am going at night a little pass dinner time and my car is one of the very few that are there. There is zero excuse to not get what I wanted especially after worker taking the order. I'm going to chill out for a while before going back to this place. I'm not going to blame the whole place because this is just isolated to whoever is running the drive thru and packing the bag. Food for the most part is good service just needs to be better. Common sense goes a long way. Check bags to see if everything is in there and always ask customers if they want any sauce. Like duh.

I like this Popeyes because the chicken 🐔 is very fresh, which means it is cooked fresh and doesn't have dry spots. When chicken is kept for a long time on the shelf, it looks different and tastes dry.
The cashier is very lovely and polite.
The place is spotless.
The manager is very professional 👏.
