Chicken is usually always good! The service is absolutely horrible. Like most fast food places.

Excellent service.

Chicken tastes pretty good here, but one piece of chicken was missing when I counted at home.

Stingy with the biscuits, sign says that is included, but extremely small fine print on the very bottom says otherwise. I feel duped. Also prices went up significantly since my last visit.

Food is fine. But they're constantly telling me food will take 2 minutes so to pull into the parking lot. I'll then wait for about 10 minutes for them to bring any food out. They just don't seem in a rush once they have your money.

Food is okay I love it but it is overly salted, flavor is great, love the cloe slaw, the biscuit is too hard. Very small restaurant not enough seating if it gets crowded. Selection of drinks is great. Very clean

Vegetarian options: Coleslaw and fries are what I know is vegetarian and then maybe it's not. Unsure

Dietary restrictions: Too much salt they need to adjust the sodium content as I have medical conditions which means I can't eat the food often. I use to love Popeyes.

Parking: Handicap parking availability but no Handicap access into the restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: Only handicap parking nothing else.

Quick friendly service. Mom loves their mashed potatoes with gravy and their cole slaw. Only problem was I ordered four apple pies and only received two. Was not driving all the way back to get the other two. Not the end of the world.

After the 8th incident of missing a biscuit from my order I am salty and will not return. It happens every other order, far to consistent in failing to get my order right. Its habitual and inexcusable at a certain point and it has been far exceeded.

Was originally told $10.29 while ordering. then when I came to the window to pick up & pay I was told $11.74. The sizes for the large mashed potatoes are so small. The person by the window had creepy black nails.
