Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Food is hit or miss. Mostly a hit. I guess it depends if you're lucky enough to get the fresh chicken or ones that were out and about and were just reheated. Place is nice, in and out, no knock on that. Service though is for the last few times I went a miss and I am talking mainly about drive thru. I use coupons and person working the drive thru doesn't know how to do it or just flat out doesnt want to so I get charged full amount despite handing them an unexpired coupon. Two and this is a big miss, I don't understand why is it so hard to give me the sauces I requested. I'll say what I want and they acknowledge it. After leaving I look into the bags and no sauces. I have gone to this place dozens of times at this point and last half a dozen or so times this has happened to me. For rush hour and such I probably wouldn't have mind but I am going at night a little pass dinner time and my car is one of the very few that are there. There is zero excuse to not get what I wanted especially after worker taking the order. I'm going to chill out for a while before going back to this place. I'm not going to blame the whole place because this is just isolated to whoever is running the drive thru and packing the bag. Food for the most part is good service just needs to be better. Common sense goes a long way. Check bags to see if everything is in there and always ask customers if they want any sauce. Like duh.

I like this Popeyes because the chicken 🐔 is very fresh, which means it is cooked fresh and doesn't have dry spots. When chicken is kept for a long time on the shelf, it looks different and tastes dry.
The cashier is very lovely and polite.
The place is spotless.
The manager is very professional 👏.

This visit, our chicken, was full of salt!
Was not tasty and had to remove the skin just to eat our order that cost sixty-six dollars. A waste of money.

The staff has issues, don't go there! The place does not run well, the staff shows that by how they treat customers. I wouldn't go back if it was free!

Chicken is usually always good! The service is absolutely horrible. Like most fast food places.

Excellent service.

Chicken tastes pretty good here, but one piece of chicken was missing when I counted at home.

Stingy with the biscuits, sign says that is included, but extremely small fine print on the very bottom says otherwise. I feel duped. Also prices went up significantly since my last visit.

Food is fine. But they're constantly telling me food will take 2 minutes so to pull into the parking lot. I'll then wait for about 10 minutes for them to bring any food out. They just don't seem in a rush once they have your money.

Food is okay I love it but it is overly salted, flavor is great, love the cloe slaw, the biscuit is too hard. Very small restaurant not enough seating if it gets crowded. Selection of drinks is great. Very clean

Vegetarian options: Coleslaw and fries are what I know is vegetarian and then maybe it's not. Unsure

Dietary restrictions: Too much salt they need to adjust the sodium content as I have medical conditions which means I can't eat the food often. I use to love Popeyes.

Parking: Handicap parking availability but no Handicap access into the restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: Only handicap parking nothing else.
