“It has often been said you should not judge a book by its cover. However in this case, I loved the cover. A humble rib shack. Now comes the REAL part. Fantastic ribs, great homemade sides (and a long list of them) and nice folks running the show. If you like southern BBQ with REAL sides, this is a great place. Nothing fancy suits it well. Friends raved about the pulled pork and brisket too. The three of us all enjoyed a great experience.“
“We had the brisket and the pulled pork sandwiches with the voodoo sauce. A kids serving on the pulled pork was plenty for me. We also tried the corn bread, beans, peach cobbler and hush puppies. Hush puppies were a bit on the dark side but everything was good. I unfortunately did not get to try the peach pulled pork sandwich like I’d been hoping since they were out of a lot of ingredients and sides. But they were able to substitute sides as well.Adding some voodoo sauce to the beans makes them even better.“
