The Arbor has much more generous hours than Tripadvisor would have you believe! It's open from M-F 7am - 3:30pm, Saturday from 8 - 1pm (kitchen closes a half hour before). This is a charming, cosy cafe with lots of comfortable seating. The coffee choices are excellent - regular "jo" in Jamaica Blue Mountain, a house blend (both caff and decaf), a "bold" dark roast, and (in mid-October, when we were there) pumpkin spice. Coffee is very good but the atmosphere is downright pleasant. Had a lovely conversation with another patron. Have to say the city of Warren overall is beautiful and has good energy. Thank

Wonderful coffee and pastry shop with daily specials. We did the high tea for two and absolutely recommend it! Tea, scones, and sandwiches with petit four's and terrific service. Special place reserved with flowers. Went for my spouse's birthday and we felt like royalty.Parking: Penna West near 2 nd. The mid-city lot has plenty of parking and is a short walk.
