How about some real seating. Instead of trying to look through bars like you're in prison. And not having to stand for 5.5 hours. My wife and I will not visit this venue again.

American food, good and reasonably priced. Nice variety of ales, comfortable outside area too. Good for live music and excellent sound system.

The vibe was definitely different than 4 /5 years ago. Male Bartender down stairs must have been new...he tried to make a long Island ice tea and failed, i was forewarned by ladies at bar, they were right. I asked for a redue after he had charged me and i left over 20% tip. He was smug, made a few other drinks came back to me to confirm. I decided to get a vodka soda to make it easier. He made it with ice to the rim. And asked for my card. He said he had to charge me for both drinks. I have never heard of a place charging customers for bad drink. I told him i more than paid for the Vodka Soda, i have one drink in my hand. he said if i didn't pay for both drinks he was going to have security through me out. The kids working these dayz..i paid 60 $ for the band 12$ for a vodka soda and threatened by emotionaly immature bartender who cant make a drink. I found that others were shocked by rude behavior of other waitstaff too. Why the downhill slide Jergel's??

Very rude staff from the bouncers to the servers and bartenders. Bought early entry so we could get a table for 7 people. We grab a 6 top table and brought over an extra seat for the 7th person at 5:00. 7:30 the bartender came over yelling at up for stealing the seat from his bar, he could’ve said something nicely. With the attitude we received, we left before the band even started. The way they treated paying patrons, we decided that’s enough of this place so we took our business elsewhere. Good money wasted at a bad establishment!

My first and last visit to Jergel's.
In short we showed-up at 7PM for an 8PM concert (The Clark's 11/26/21). There was no place to sit or even lean comfortably except for empty reserved tables.
I'm tired of reserved seating and up-charging here or any place else. They should consider selling tickets for only how many seats, bar stools, and stand alone tables they have.
Once again, it is my fault for not reading any reviews and knowing nothing about the place.
I also generally write positive reviews, even when businesses are struggling and I leave less than satisfied.

Good food and lots of space for shows, they get great artists. Staff varies though, i have had negative experiences with some of the bartenders. They pay their rent in one night in tips and still get unfriendly. Id recommend training for stressful environments for the staff. Other than that its good.

Went to Jergels to see Nelson. It was a great experience. Taylor was taking care of us. She was great. She went above and beyond in serving us. Our foid came quickly and our drinks were refilled promptly.
I came to this place for the Halloween party. The venue, party and entertainment was fantastic. The reason for my rating was because it said on the party flyer you could pay at the door. When I got there the guard told me it was sold out but I could get in if I paid extra. I paid 40 bucks to get it. Ridiculous. If I would have known ahead of time I would have just bought online.

Jergels Rhythm Grille is a fantastic venue for small concerts and events. I've been here for a few shows, including Stabbing Westward and Here Come The Mummies, and it’s a great spot to enjoy live music in an intimate setting. The food is solid, with a menu offering American food like burgers and flatbread pizzas. I had the wings and a Mushroom Swiss Burger, both of which were really good.
