So many great flavors and the crunchy texture from the chickpeas 👩🍳💋 Thank you for offering healthy lunch options that actually taste delicious! “We had dinner here for the first time on Sat, 11/12/22–what a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had muscles for our appetizer that were fresh and very tasty. We each had different entrees, one the salmon dish and the other chicken—both were amazing, with each of us saying we’d order our meal again or try the other one next time. Then dessert: one had the s’mores dessert and the other the chocolate bread pudding—we didn’t think we’d have room, but we made room, because both were excellent! Plus the chef said he’d be changing the menu every week—we can’t wait to go back!“

“I really enjoy their bowls and their ingredients are fresh and they have many options to choose from. I stopped at the Camp Hill, PA location. My only complaint is that chia pudding bowls are not an option and this is the closest location for me since I live in Hanover, PA…an hour drive. Friendly helpful staff“

“For my first visit, everyone was so kind and helpful, very clean place, well organized, which made for a great experience. I ordered the Pomegranate Plunge smoothie, a dragon fruit bowl, and the Hawaiian flatbread.
The smoothie was delicious—sweet without being overpowering, and incredibly refreshing for these hot summer days. The dragon fruit bowl had a perfect combination of flavors, with the fresh fruit pairing wonderfully with the frozen base.
The Hawaiian flatbread was definitely my favorite! It was so flavorful and absolutely worth trying. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back!“
