Went to KC Prime for the first time for some variety for my birthday dinner.
The food was very good, my family really enjoyed it.
I was greatly surprised to see Muscles from Prince Edward Island in Canada. They were great. I got the Special Cowboy Ribeye Steak, it was very decent.
For a side dish I had some great Crispy Brussel Sprouts. My parents got some soups, salmon, steak, crab cakes. They enjoyed their meals.

Medium steak was too well done and dry, but very tender. Ran out of various dishes.Lobster Bisque was excellent. Waitress was very nice. Atmosphere ok

Don't not try it on my account. Just a heads up that the place is a monument to "meh". Friendly staff and service, sterile atmosphere, and okay food. Not sure how ya fix it...just a perfect corporate blob of a restaurant..If it works for you then great but nothing to go out of your way for at all here.
