It was my first time coming here and I just want to say the customer service was great. Not only did my food come quickly but the whole mood of the store was amazing as well. Would recommend coming here!
Normally a great place to grab a breakfast! All the ladies i've encountered have been polite and professional, always getting orders out in a reasonable time-frame, even when things are extremely busy. The three boys manning the shop today, though, were horrible. Slow service, even though the place was pretty much dead, and I had to remind them of the second item that I had ordered - as they had forgotten completely. I had to show them my recipt before they believed me.
We came in 10 min before close, and Samir seemed really willing to help despite how soon they were closing. We ended up not getting anything, but he offered us free drinks for the inconvenience, and apologized about not having anything available. Very good service, I know I’ll be coming back in the future (at a more reasonable time)
