I just had to leave a review because this Dunkin’ Donuts truly deserves it. The Washington Crossing, PA location is hands down the only Dunkin’ that consistently gets my shaken espresso order perfect every single time. They actually listen, they care, and they always get it right, which feels rare these days. I live in New Jersey and I literally drive across the Titusville Bridge just to come to this Dunkin’ because I know my coffee will be made correctly. That says everything. A huge thank you to the entire team, you are truly appreciated.🧡

The employees were gossiping and finished their gossip before starting on my food, the bagel was barely toasted, they asked me multiple times what I had ordered and one of the male employees working today 10/1/25 at 3:10 pm put the food in the bag without any gloves on and never washed his hands prior. Disgusting to see this and I threw the bagel out, no response from him either after I said have a good one. Just a cold, dead stare. Such a sad experience this time, most likely will not be coming back. Fix this please.

The service here is terrible the general manager is unprofessional and the owners family/daughters come in for food and make the customers wait because there to busy worried about making there drinks and food. And not allowing the workers to work atleast or make there drinks orders on the screen. There was a great employee there that I enjoyed to come in to see because that employee was very helpful now that the employee is no longer there was told he was terminated I do not wish to go here because the other workers are not friendly and the management is not good either. The employee was the only African American person I have ever seen at this place and one of the best employees and now no longer there i will be going else where.

Never misses!
Ordered 1 coffee with cream only and another with cream and sugar. Got them wrong
So so slow and it wasn't that busy. Took about 5-7 minutes to get my breakfast sandwich after I ordered.
Love this Dunkin. It's a little bigger than most with plenty of seating. There are groups that come in weekly to hang out. Great little spot.

Let's see my second time now order purposely messed up. I've been coming here for years but you hired this nasty girl that hates everyone apparently. No cream means no cream. I was read back the order but this girl still did it wrong! Almost putting me in the hospital! People have allergies and can die! Also to note not closing the store with wet floors! Enough is enough!
Congratulations you now have 2 lawsuits coming your way!
