I love 7-brew I got the Pumpkin roll bliss it’s pumpkin cinnamon roll, pumpkin drizzle, caramel drizzle, and cold foam it was delicious. I spent almost an hour in line or a little over an hour but it’s ok cause the coffee was amazing!! Soon I’m gonna try the Santa cookie blondie with caramel drizzle and cold foam!! It sounds so good!! Even tho it was raining it was a great experience 10/10!!

Cold brew was watered down trash. Tasted like a watered down iced coffee. Just not good at all.

We've come to 7Brew twice now. Once in the evening, today in the afternoon. We were super excited to pull in and there not be a giant line. Someone took our order, we had to repeat ourselves multiple times, then we were met with a frown when we chose the no tip option. $14 for a small cold brew and a fizz. We then proceeded to wait in line for three rounds. We were in the left lane, the right lane just kept moving. As we waited we watched multiple workers come in and out, and watched orders being taken from the very back of the line. It seemed very similar to when a server puts in too many orders and the line in a restaurant stalls.
After the fourth round of cars on the right proceeding with us stuck, we got our drinks. The cream in the fizz was broken and chunky, the cold brew was warm.

Disappointing. The kind girl who handed us our drinks was apologetic, but 26 minutes for drinks that were not up to par? I'm well aware yall can do better. You have an excellent menu and great people working for you - please get it together. We did not ask for our drinks to be remade since my son had to get to work. 7Brew has an outstanding reputation elsewhere, and we were so excited for the chance to not have a long wait for some of the best drinks around town, please figure this our for us.

I feel like I was ripped off, I ordered two medium iced coffees and was told my mediums would be placed in small cups since they didn’t have medium cups, I understand that stores can run out of things but why wasn’t I told that also if I had know when ordering I would have gotten a different size so the chance to upsell was definitely missed

Just so everyone is aware you’re paying for a half cup of coffee I paid $20 for 3 cups for them to all look like this because there’s no ice and when I asked why I was told the ice makes it look more full. I really enjoyed seven brew until I found out that they were ripping me off won’t be returning

Went at 7:20ish on Saturday…Why is the music SO loud? Is it always like that? Couldn’t hear the employees very well at all. They were all very nice, though! The wait was about 20 minutes, but that’s understandable because it’s a new spot. It’s kind of frustrating the way the menu system is set up, however, because even as you’re waiting in line, it’s hard to go through it all and figure it out. Coffee was just okay, to be honest. It was a fun spot to try! I’m looking forward to trying their non-coffee drinks sometime.

I am disappointed in 7brew. Before I was acknowledged by the people handing out drinks, I was greeted by the many bees that are in the building and swarm the lanes. Very expensive, prices are not advertised (spoiler alert…it’s not cheap!!!), menu is not accessible until you get into the parking lot where you can scan a QR code. Wait was around 30 minutes. Not worth it for the price or quality. Girl who took my order did not seem excited to be working. The overall experience does not feel catered to the customers, as they have more than a few kinks to work out when it comes to service. $14.50ish for two medium drinks…

The first time I tried 7 Brew I had no idea what they had on the menu so I was asking the employee questions about what she did/didn’t like. She kept interrupting me to continue walking and talk to another employee behind her. She recommended the Brunette iced coffee so I tried that, not a huge fan. I came back a week later to see if maybe I’d have a better experience..nope.
Bad customer service, they rush you to order when I had no menu and didn’t want the same thing as last time (the Blondie iced coffee was better) & the iPad system the use needs to be revamped.
It took them 20 minutes just to process my payment after waiting another 20 minutes in line and I eventually paid cash just so I could continue on with my day. I wish it was a better 2nd experience but I’m most likely not going to return.
I understand they just opened and the lines are long, but my problem was the lack of customer service and help as a first time customer.

Waited in line for 60+ minutes for ok coffee. The coffee has barely any flavor and the wait is way to long. Not worth the hype.

I absolutely love coming here, the best coffee and affordable price, BUT you guys literally have to put another exit in, why it didnt go straight out from the drive thru is beyond me, its only a matter of time before there's an accident. Especially In a bigger vehicle. 1 way in and 1 way out is absurd. The line is lined clear out to olive garden, I just myself waited 40 mins. But its a need and this is a safety hazard for the exit like this. I went from going to starbucks daily to 7brew. I love it but getting cussed out leaving because I cant move over for people coming in is absurd.

Waited forever for a hot coffee and they forgot to actually warm the milk. Worst coffee I’ve ever had.

I have been to 7 Brew at least 7 times before and it has always been great. The wait in the drive-through is understandable from recently opening and people wanting to try it. Today I waited 50 minutes before getting my drink which the order is completely wrong. I ordered the exact same thing every time the same way. The wait time before had been around 20-30 minutes. I am very disappointed.
