“The food is amazing! We drive over 40 minutes to come here (pretty frequently) and the food is always delicious and consistent. Couldn’t recommend more!”

“Had to give The Lab five stars due to the absolutely out of this world food! My husband and I travel all over the country, mainly seeking out destination restaurants and let me tell you the food here is on par with that of the some most prestigious places across the country. My husband said he would rate the ribeye in his top five EVER! Other dishes are creative and delicious as well. Very cool atmosphere, makes you forget you are in Washington while you are dining. I will mention service could have been much more polished to match the food and ambiance. The majority of our question about the dishes where met with an “I’m not sure” from our server. Not really acceptable to not know the menu frontward and backwards when trying to deliver a fine dining experience. However the quality of the food and cocktails helped us over look the lack luster service. So ecstatic that this restaurant is in our neighborhood. Blows away ANYTHING Pittsburgh has to offer! We will return soon!”

“I just enjoyed my 71st birthday dinner here with 8 of my family members and we all totally thought it was awesome. Eddie our cook was amazing. fun. entertaining and right on with our food and needs. The food was so good. Perfectly cooked from the rice, noodles, veggies, steaks, lobster, shrimp, scallops and chicken. All 8 of us really enjoyed the food, drinks and entertainment. I am so glad I chose to have my celebration dinner here and recommend for anyone to do so also. Thank you all who helped with my birthday dinner you made it very special for me.”

“We love it and I compare all other restaurants to Roland’s. I normally don’t like marinara, but I love Roland’s and their Special Roland’s sauce is primo good. The desserts are top notch. I’ve not tried the pizza yet because I’m obsessed with every entree I’ve had. The Italian hoagie is very good. Is that homemade roll? It’s that good. I enjoy the rustic interior too.”

“We came from Mexico for a boxing event and let me tell you. The hospitality here is on another level. It was late night and an older lady was very helpful and patient and made good recommendations.

“Took grandma to the casino and stopped at The Carvery for Sunday brunch. Ordered the “make your own omelette” - very good. Ordered the Belgium waffle - also very good. Ordered the “deep fried hot dog Bloody Mary”... If you like hot dogs and bloody Marys, you will most likely enjoy this. Our grandmother didn’t look at the menu and simply ordered two (2) egg whites, scrambled. No toast. No potatoes... nothing else. She thought it was very well seasoned and even let the server know, who was appreciative of the compliment. When the bill arrived, she was charged $10 for two egg whites... ten bucks! We asked the server and she said they do not serve a la carte items but she would see what she could do. She came back a few minutes later and said she was able to have the eggs “taken off the bill”. This was very kind. Thank you. Management... thank you for doing this. However, have you ever looked at your clientele? Mostly seniors. Allow people to get order a la carte items. When you have your “all you can eat buffet”, it is $9.99 for all a person can eat. $10 for two scrambled eggs is not fair. Yes the cost for us was taken off, and we are grateful, but only because we had to question it.”

“This was our first experience dining at Santello’s and will not be our last. We found it upon our travels when looking for a new dining establishment. We love to try new places…this place did not disappoint. The decor was very eye catching and beautifully done. We asked our server for suggestions as everything on the menu sounded good. I had the spaghetti & meatballs. Authentic, homemade and delicious! My husband had the fish sandwich with asparagus. He was very pleased as well. The portions are very generous. Our server politely and with enthusiasm answered any questions we had. She truly seemed like she enjoyed working and being there. She was very attentive and kept our drinks filled. Good waitstaff, along with great food, will keep us coming back. If you enjoy a true scratch kitchen restaurant, you need to.visit Santelllo’s!”

“I am probably at the point where I order here at least once a week now, it’s not just pizza delivery, it’s an always easy, fast and friendly experience. The food is absolutely amazing! Consistently delivered in half the estimated time, hot and freshly made. The staff from delivery drivers, house, to management are consistently friendly, fast and great with communications about your order. Then the deserts, skip the 6oz, go right for the 12. (Chocolate Mousse Cake) just like the pizza, always fresh and absolutely phenomenal.”

We were passing through on trip and decided to try Markook on a whim. The staff was very nice and pleasant to talk to. Everyone was super helpful and answered any/all questions that we had. The food came out hot, fresh, and fast. The house made pitas were absolutely some of the best I've ever had. The hummus was delicious, the chicken shawarma was also amazing!”

“This is my third time visiting this restaurant in the past 31/2 months. My parties consisted of 5 people, 12 People, and 9 people! The service is obviously conducted by individuals who care about this restaurant. Children are most welcome. The waiters were incredibly accommodating and when our meals arrived, all of us were so pleased with the professional staff.
That is what makes this restaurant tick! The food is a challenge in that the menu could take quite awhile to peruse. You cannot make a mistake with the food! My party of friends have traveled the world, and we continue to return to this wonderful restaurant!
I cannot thank the management enough for permitting my party to visit last night, long after we had finished our meal. Then again, why should we be surprised at restaurant staff that values community! My sincerest thank you for such an enjoyable experience!

“Very good baked goods but a limited selection and a very limited time frame to buy. I haven't been able to catch them open in a few years so I got up ridiculously early to make it happen this morning (arrived before 6 AM on a Saturday). I walked in, was not greeted, and had to listen to the lady behind the counter complaining to another lady. When it was my turn I picked the six donuts I wanted but she only had five in the box so I said I had wanted two of the one kind and she said "you only said one". Why was that necessary? Just grab another donut, and maybe smile and say "hello" when a customer walks in and don't subject customers to your grievances. Make people feel welcomed and appreciated especially since they've gotten up so early to patronize your place of work. Very good donuts and Italian bread though.”

“Overall, I was happy with Countryside deli. They are very kind and courteous. I do think that the chicken nuggets could have some more seasoning and I was disappointed that the subs/nuggets we ordered didn’t come with any condiments and that no condiments were offered. I personally felt for the price, condiments should have been included, but I would have been willing to pay extra for them as well.

“We found this place late at night when it was one of the only places open to eat. We were hesitant to try gas station chicken but the 4.5 stars along with the detailed reviews convinced us to. The gentleman made our tenders fresh and they were huge!!!! The biscuits have a great flavor. The honey racha sauce is amazing with the chicken.

This chicken is so good that we crave it. We have gone back twice now and have gotten the family pack. The fried chicken may be better than the tenders. Even after driving home an hour, the chicken is warm, juicy, and crunchy. This chicken place does not disappoint!!! It is well worth the drive for us when we have a craving for amazing fried chicken. The guy who makes it always makes it fresh and hooks it up with a smile!”

“Been to this market a couple of times and love the vibe. The entire surrounding community comes out, such as longstanding community staple businesses (like the Spring House), cottage vendors and nonprofit organizations.

Plenty of fresh and locally grown produce, many baked good selections, music, food trucks and much more. Bring quarters for the meters and your own totes. Easy jumping spot for a walk around the town area, many historic spots, murals and businesses to enjoy.”

“Fantastic. The best burgers in the world! And their Gluten Free buns are the best out there. Last time we went (closest one is an hour away) I asked about their buns. Our server said that they make their own Gluten Free buns in a dedicated facility! I was going to tell Chick-fil-A to get their Gluten Free buns from the same place, because their Gluten Free buns are TERRIBLE. Anyway, please open a location in HERMITAGE PA 16148! We only have a 5Guys and they are awful. Also RR has dedicated fryers so Gluten Free people can also have their fries. Thank you RED ROBIN for great service & delicious food.”

“A last minute coffee shop find for us while in Washington, PA. I definitely recommend to stop and check them out. I had a Chicco Bacello Latte with oat milk. The flavor contained Milano chocolate, vanilla, and espresso. I personally like more flavor but this drink was very good as is. I also had a cannoli. It was very good and perfect side with my latte. This place also serves deli sandwiches and some breakfast items. I will try those on my next visit. They have plenty of clean comfortable seating, and wifi. The staff is very friendly and helpful.”

“Good food and quick service. When we walked in there was nobody at the hostess counter and nobody really looking towards the door so we waited several minutes before we were seated, not ideal. We did however come in in the middle of the day on a Friday. After we were seated, our server brought us the drinks we ordered, and then we placed our food order which within 10 minutes was promptly brought to our table. Everything tasted delicious, the fruit was fresh and delicious and the banana bread was also very tasty. I got the fish and chips which was three big pieces of fish and some good french fries. My mother had a mushroom omelette that was packed full of mushrooms. A good, quick meal to give us a break from our drive.”

This Starbucks is located in a Giant Eagle Grocery Store ina separate area. it is a fully functioning Starbucks with almost all of the itmes you would see in a full Starbucks location. I arrived around 7:30 am and there was only once Barista working. The lineup was not very long and it took abkut 15 minutes from the time I arrived until my drinks were made. Despit being the only person on duty, the Barista served people and made thier drinks in a timley and proffesional manner.”

The Vito is hands down the greatest thing on the menu. I’ll defend that sandwich in a court of law if necessary. And can we talk about the new Jimmy Buffalo Chips? Absolutely gorg. I bought a bag thinking I’d save some for later and somehow they vanished before I made it to the parking lot.

Jimmy John’s knows ball. The bread is elite, the sandwiches are elite, the chips are elite, and the Vito deserves its own holiday.

At this point, I would also like to formally submit my application to become the local Jimmy John’s spokesperson. Nobody is working harder for this brand than I am. If Jimmy John’s corporate is reading this, let’s stop pretending we’re strangers.
