Slow slow slow. Ordered pickup here a few times and it is never ready when it says regardless of how busy they are. Add 15-20 mins if you order pickup. Also there never seems to be anyone actually working the pickup counter. Every ten or so mins someone will swing by ask if you got your food and disappear. Then someone else will do this exact thing. Really bad service to just leave a line of people staring at each other in the pickup area with no idea if anyone actually works...read full review
This was our first visit here.. we were not pleased at all the wings were not hot nor warm and we couldn’t eat the fries they were so hard to chew.. no one was friendly… we waited 10 minutes to be seated and after we placed our order it took 45 minutes to get mediocre food… I usually don’t leave reviews like this but this review was warranted… we will not stop at this location again.
Serra was awesome and super friendly! Fast service and great food.
