“Usually, I don't leave comments for breakfast places because they tend to be quite similar, but this one is exceptional. It's not just that they open at 6 AM, which is very convenient for early birds like me, but also because the food is amazing. The home fries were really tasty and not overcooked. I highly recommend the sausages links because they are locally made and were really tasty. The waffles were fluffy and light in flavor, and all the fruits on top were very fresh. I highly recommend this place for breakfast.”

“First time back to Roland’s Trattoria in a while. So happy it’s reopened. The sauce is probably the best restaurant prepared sauce around- absolutely no bitterness or bite. The veal was tender and a very nice portion. The angel hair pasta cooked to perfection. This restaurant is apparently not well known or the fact that it is open again, after the owner retired, hasn’t reached the population in the area. This is an absolute MUST try experience. Well done, Roland’s. Oh, almost forgot- homemade bread. Baked in house daily and so fresh and soft Italian bread.”

“They were very busy when we went at about 11:30ish. We wanted breakfast. We were seated quickly, got our order in quickly, but boy did it take a long time to get the food. Our coffee was only warm. The food was good, but not real hot by the time we got it. It's all good though. Waitress was nice. They were busy and who knows what they had going on. So, we just sat, talked and it was fine.”
