I normally never have an issue here, but today I ordered a coffee through doordash paying $20. I have a usual that I get every time. I NEVER complain. Today the coffee I got didn't even taste like coffee. It was dark brown, tasted burnt, and had a HORRIBLE aftertaste. The manager was amazing and took care of me with no problem, but the faces and ignorant comments by one worker were EXTREMELY inappropriate and unnecessary. Again, I NEVER complain. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Everyone is so friendly in the morning when I come for my coffee. The drive-thru runs pretty well, even on mornings when there are a lot of people making their Dunkin run.
