We thoroughly enjoy Fat Angelo’s food so I’ve avoided leaving negative reviews, but after several instances of careless, avoidable issues from them, I feel that I have no choice.
I ordered a pizza for delivery tonight at 7:34 with an expected delivery time of 8:24. I called the store at 8:50 asking for an update, only to be told (with an attitude of course) that the delivery drivers have all deliveries out and we should expect it momentarily. Repeatedly forgetting add ons
Same excuses every time they make a mistake
Food is alright, just not worth the aggravation or wasted time waiting on the food you ordered 2 hours ago.
terrible service 😑 they forgot my food but wanted me to drive and pick up the food i forgot smh told me the would deliver it they called a hour later and said they wouldn't
