Great spot for coffee and shopping. This Starbucks is located in a Giant Eagle Grocery Store ina separate area. it is a fully functioning Starbucks with almost all of the itmes you would see in a full Starbucks location. I arrived around 7:30 am and there was only once Barista working. The lineup was not very long and it took abkut 15 minutes from the time I arrived until my drinks were made. This is the best Starbucks in Pennsylvania hands-down… The coffee is always great. The food is always great. All the employees take time to know me by name, know my order, ask me how my day is, and actually care I’m visiting. They don’t do it just with me… I see them interact with everyone in a positive manner. A special shout out to Christa who has been a bright light since I’ve started coming here about 4 years ago. Starbucks is a busy place with fast and accurate service, with easy parking and being very kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. Despite the hectic atmosphere, the hard-working staff always manage to provide a perfect experience. Customers wish for more lines and registers due to the high number of customers, but overall, they appreciate the dedication of the employees in handling the rush. The suggestion is to make the Starbucks stores bigger to accommodate the crowd more efficiently.
