Fantastic. The best burgers in the world!
And their Gluten Free buns are the best out there. Last time we went (closest one is an hour away) I asked about their buns. Our server said that they make their own Gluten Free buns in a dedicated facility! I was going to tell Chick-fil-A to get their Gluten Free buns from the same place, because their Gluten Free buns are TERRIBLE.

My problem is with corporate policy and not with the restaurant. My experience and service were great. However, the policies have changed for the worse. I used to get a free burger for my birthday. This year it switched to a free milkshake. That in itself is disappointing but ok. Then, in order to get the “free milkshake” I cannot order the meal deal.
Red Robin, if you are going to “give” someone a birthday gift, don’t make it with stipulations.

Yesterday in Roanoke, VA we ordered a Keep it Simple Burger with a bean burger (that was the only dairy free burger option) for our daughter who has milk allergy. We specifically told the waitress that she was allergic to dairy.
