“Why was the dining room closed on Monday? I brought my mom to eat at Arby's and only the drive-thru was open and there was a long line. No sign on door or anything. Very disappointed.“

“Gotta say, I was a little sus when the dining area was closed. But then we hit the drive through and it was obvious- of they don't have the staff to run things well then I guess they focus on what they CAN do! Hot fresh fries, perfect burger, fast, polite, no mistakes, and a proper amount of ketchup packets. Keep it up guys!“

“I came herE Sept 13th around midnight and there was a pretty long line so I figured my order would’ve had issues. But I when I got my tacos I was thrilled. They were perfect, not sloppy, not skimpy, wrapped correctly so I didn’t spill it everywhere. The best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had in my life, hands down. GIVE THAT COOK A RAISE.“

“As I write this (nov. 15th), this location has literally only been open for one week, so please keep that in mind when you read other reviews referring to the wait time. And yes -- they were slammed all weekend of their opening week, for that reason alone, I felt as though they kept up with the demand the best way anyone could, although very very long, at least the line kept moving, that is more than I can say about a lot of fast food places that struggle with slow service. I feel as though given the circumstances, wait times (especially indoor) have not been entirely too bad and we have eaten it quite a few times already. Can't speak too much about any other menu items, but as far as friend food is concerned, it's always been fresh/hot and crispy. No complaints whatsoever! I understand there is nothing more frustrating than when your order is wrong at a fast food joint -- but please, people, give them more than a week to iron at the kinks or become well oiled! *referring to any reviews that happened before this one -- aka within their first week of business* Happy to have them in the area and really hoping it stays the nice establishment that it is!!! I recommend for anyone who is a LJS's fan! Welcome to the area!!“

“The franchise owner/Corporate needs to do something special for the employees of this location. They are swamped everyday at lunch time and ALWAYS make sure to go above and beyond when it comes to their service / customer experience! Great job, would highly recommend this location!!“

“A very nice location! The dining area is always clean, design is on trend. Workers have always been pleasant to me and food is always tasty. This location tends to be very busy as it is on Meadowlands Road down from the casino and is also just off of I 79. Lots of trucks will pull in here to grab a bite. The workers are always moving and getting orders together. If you have to wait a few minutes, it is understandable as it does tend to be a busy location. Be patient and give the workers grace. Recommend!“

“We love Jimmy John’s, we had two in Morgantown WV, but they are currently closed. We were driving back from Wexford starved and googled sub shop near us, they popped up!
We google mapped when we got there the door said they closed in 15 minutes. We walked through the door and didn’t go all the way in, there was a young boy standing at the side of the counter and he looked at me and I asked “is it too late to get a sandwich” because I didn’t want to rudely dirty up things that they may have cleaned. He ignored me and looked back down. There was a second young boy behind the cash register. He looked up at me “I ask is it too late to get a sandwich”? He also didn’t answer but looked a me and looked at a young lady, the manager, she came from towards the back and ask smiling, “can I help you”? I said yes, I just wanted to know if we could still get a sandwich”? and she politely and kindly said yes you can, and took my order.
The two boys were not happy and their faces showed it.
Thanks to the manager she was sweet and kind. We got two really good nightclub sandwiches. Everything was fresh and delicious as always and the store was very clean.
The parking lot isn’t the easiest to get out of with a big truck but it was so worth it!
After we got our sandwiches, we were sitting in our car eating and three other people went in the door before 6 o’clock, and she took them too.😊“

“My experience was amazing on Sunday afternoon, first of all the food alone is great but the manager was so helpful and pleasant, I think her name is Lexis or Lexi? She has a tattoo on her arm and she helped me and my wife order what was most recommended. We will return to this location since we previously had bad experiences at other one in Mcmurry“
