Update: since this review, TB brought on an awesome new manager that basically knows us on first name basis. This has seemed to set a better tone and we haven’t had problems like this since. Added two stars.I want to acknowledge that this Taco Bell is wonderful during the day. When we come in the evening, however, the food and service aren’t great, and I don’t see us ordering again in the evening at this location. Great atmosphere. Excellent customer service. Good stop off opportunity for some food and a pleasant bathroom experience. I would go here again! I enjoyed the kiosk ordering... More places should offer this for their business. Makes life 100% easier.

Both times I've ordered in the app the order was missing 1-2 items. The staff apologized and rectified the situation. I'd caution anyone doing an app order or using the drive thru to check the order before leaving the property.The food was tasty.
