“Subs are standard, nothing special about them. Employees are usually at least not unpleasant. Some of them even smile once in a while. But I've neber had someone make me feel like we're a bother. I gotta say tho, I LOVE those new crunchies they have now. I get those every time no matter what sub I'm ordering. They were shorthanded that day and the focus was on drive-thru but once a nice lady came to the counter it was all good. They got our order correct and the food was good. We had a newborn in the parking lot and had eaten out food in the car, so we were parked outside for a while (our baby then had thrown up so we were outside of the car cleaning up and such) and because of that a staff member came out and asked if we were okay which was really nice!“

“Some of the best burgers I've had, nice hotdogs as well. My partner had one of their new veggie burgers last time and she loved it.
It's nice that they always ask before adding toppings or condiments, my partner can't have mayo and some other places will just slap it on without asking.

“This has been my go to arbys for years now. Worth the 40 minute trip to crush my arbys cravings knowing this location has only ever slightly messed up an order by giving me crinkle fries instead of curly. I miss the spicy 3 pepper sauce though, it was my go to for on my sandwich and fries. The workers here are always nice and polite as well.“

“The team at the McMurray DQ is wonderful! I came in requesting about 25 separate orders for a takeout lunch for residents at my job. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. They separated and labeled all the orders, had all the drinks packaged nicely in carriers, and helped me get everything out to my car. Everyone was very friendly and didn’t make me feel like a bother at all. I would highly recommend this location!“

“Probably one of the better Arby's that I go to when I go thrifting at the red, white and blue a little up the road. The food always seems fresh and they really hook up the icing on the Cherry turnovers which they ran out of one time for my freebie on my birthday but got me back next visit.“

On our last visit there was some error with the kiosks pricing on the drinks and they gave us a dessert to make up for it. We didn't even notice it, but was nice to know that we were taken care of! “I ordered online for delivery from the Moon location yesterday afternoon. The ordering process was easy, delivery was quick, the driver was great and the food was amazing. I can’t usually gush over pizza place food, but everything was spot on! The wings were a good size and cooked great, the amount of sauce on them was perfect (mango habanero). My stromboli was exactly as I ordered it and most importantly, the portions in it were excellent. It was not skimpy by any means, but not so overstuffed I couldn’t lift a piece. “I usually don't go to this chain unless I'm traveling and it's the only thing available. Recently I heard someone mention a new burger was on the menu. I decided to give the Arch burger a try. It was really good. It was the best burger I've experienced at this chain in many years. I hope this is the beginning of better menu items in the future. To me the Arch burger is a hit and should be on the menu permanently. I will definitely be willing to eat more of those and have already recommended it to 4 people already.“

“we ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizzas... worst pizza hut pizza ever! It was like they took a table spoon of sauce and spread it out over both large pizzas. it was like bread sticks with cheese. just awful. never again.“

“My wife and I stopped at this Firehouse Subs for the first time. We split a large Italian sub, which was plenty of food for a light lunch. The sandwich was not bad, but there was nothing special about it either. Most of the meat was just ham, with a wisp of salami (??maybe?), and there was very little cheese, lettuce and tomato, making it really just a warm ham sandwich. The only thing that made it somewhat Italian was the little bit of dressing they put on it. (NOTE: by the way, I didn't realize that all subs are HOT subs, unless you specifically ask for cold.) I may go back someday to try their cheesesteak, but not in a hurry to visit again. Final Verdict: Not bad, but nothing to write home about.“

“First time I’ve ever written a review about a drive thru interaction. I ordered online and came in a couple minutes after close. I talked to a couple of the employees and after seeing that I only ordered a McChicken and fries, they agreed to make my order even though the restaurant had already closed. While in the drive through, I had great conversations and laughs with every employee I talked to. I was even offered a complementary drink at the end with my food. Service and the people there were exceptional. It was also probably the best McChicken I’ve ever had in my life.“
