Went for our friends birthday, loved the atmosphere, food and drinks. The bartender was very kind and our kids were all running around and everyone was nice. There was even little games for the kids.

Overall nice experience. Simulators worked well and were nice. Food was okay. To the manager -- you have ONE person doing the bar/drinks, serving, cooking, checking people in and showing them how to use the simulator along with any troubleshooting. ONE PERSON!!! First off, I dont think that's even safe to have literally 1 employee to service and cook the 30+ people that were in there. Our group had patience and all patrons seemed to be understanding that he was all alone, but it definitely would deter me from going back.

Workers were nice but the floor rocks and also played the skill pa games there and it wouldn't pay out.. the bartender said I need to call them but there was no number on the pay slip or the machines

We booked here for my son’s 10th birthday (hes an old head). Everyone at 9 Yards was so kind, professional, and accommodating. This was a last minute party to be honest, but when I emailed to see about availability and booking, Chelsea was amazing and got back to me so quickly. We ordered catering ahead of time and they had everything set up and waiting for us before we arrived. We were able to bring in some decor and desserts. Our bay waitress, Ariana (I could have that spelled totally wrong), was so attentive and made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was great, the food was perfect for the party, the staff is amazing, and the simulator was a blast!

My wife is starting to get annoyed at how often I am here. This week alone was like… 5 times? It’s awesome getting to play so many different courses no matter what the weather is outside. The membership is well worth it.

Easily the best simulator equipment and software in the industry. The auto tee feature is a game changer for simulator golf. The staff at 9 yards is helpful, kind and fun. Great atmosphere all around.

Awesome setup, golf sim as close to real as you can get. Owner hands on and extremely helpful. Staff is very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Played holiday league and totally enjoyed it. Wish you guys the best and will be a frequent visitor.

Fun time, but the food is disgusting. I'll give it another try, but if the food doesn't get better, I will never eat here again

The simulator and atmosphere were great. The food was just OK, and the service wasn’t great despite us spending a lot of money. It wasn’t by any means awful, just a bit slow, considering we were one of few groups there.
