Ordered takeout, called to get missing and incorrect items resolved. Before I even could speak, the restaurant hung up on me 8 times. I could hear the employees in the back round talking rudely and telling Mrs. Rhonda to answer the phones and that they’re done doing it. The 9th time calling I finally could speak and ask for a manager, who was also very unprofessional. This store has gone downhill fast.

Fallon is an awesome bartender!!! Great suggestions and attentive!!! Food came out hot and fast! Berny the manager was also out interacting with the guest checking on them! Will be back!

My name is Clayton aller and I have been coming in here for many years, probably about 15 18 years. I have known Fallon for several years now. She has served the bar here for that would be for several years and I have new issue with her. I think she's a very lovely lady. Very personable, very, very considerable considerate. All the other ladies that I've talked to over the years. Overall I have no issues with nobody even management. I have dealt with and been very very polite and no problems. So as far as coming to the Applebee's gear I'd say I get very good service. Very very nice personality from everybody that I've talked to everyone or else I would not have been coming in here for the last 15-18 years and I'm a hamburg guy. I order hamburger so almost all the time
