Stopped for a quick bite on Friday afternoon. Service was excellent however the meal was disappointing. Had boneless wings that were so hard I could hardly get the fork through them. Fish and chips were just okay. The cole slaw was jammed into a condiment cup with no dressing. It was just shredded cabbage. Meal definitely left me wanting for something that tasted good.

Wow. Used to go here fairly often. Not again. Service was pitiful, floors were trash covered and the food was iffy at best. So sad.

our server couldn’t have been nicer, but the minute we walked in the hostess (long light curly hair) was one of the most hostile and rude people i have ever encountered in the service industry. from someone who has worked in this industry for years, i genuinely asked my spouse if we said something wrong with how we were treated by her. when i walked to the bathroom, she stood amongst other workers and loudly talked negatively, something i have now read from other reviews isn’t uncommon. it’s clear that this location doesn’t care due to this not being her first offense. the only saving grace is how sweet our server was.

I just saw the review about the bartender and thought that was absolutely insane of him. She is such a light there! First off you can’t even hear the game if you were that worried about watching the game with no distractions watch it at home. And again Tiffany is the best bartender around. How miserable can one be saying this about someone who is interacting with their bar guests. Come here all the time just to see her!!

The food here is pretty good. However, I came in to watch the hockey game and have a drink, not listen to the bartender sing songs. If that were the case, I’d go to karaoke night somewhere else. Talk about annoying and just straight awkward (a couple of regulars tell me this is what this individual does their entire shift). I will be turning around leaving if I happen to come in and see this person bartending in the future.

My go to here, the Fiesta Lime Chicken was over cooked and dry, as was the rice. My partner went with appetizers. His friend pickles was a plate full of partial pickles, which we discussed over the plateful of broken, salty, bottom of the bag tortilla chips served with the artichoke spinach dip, with the cheese topping so I er cooked we couldn't dip into it! The waitress was pretty much non existent the entire time we were there. We were there at 4pm on a Thursday, so they weren't busy.
My son loves applebees its his absolute favorite place. Today being his birthday thats where he wanted to go. However our lunch was short, the manager came around checking with everyone and mistakenly called my son a lady. Id spoken to our waitress because my son was upset he has long hair and was visibly dressed as a boy but wanted the manager to know hes a boy. Upon leaving the manager didnt stop by and apologize for the mistake or anything so my kiddo said he doesnt want to go back there unfortunately thats how his birthday lunch went today. Otherwise our waitress was helpful and our food was good we did need our quest reheated it was cold but otherwise I just wished my son wouldnt have felt uncomfortable.

I ordered a burger medium rare. The temperature of the burger was correct. I disliked how sloppy and greasy it was, and I'm not talking about juice from the burger. For staters, the burger was smash style and was super thin. The amount of grease that pooled on my plate ruined my French fries, turning them into soggy limp noodles and I couldn't eat them. The grease was covering my hand and running down my arm and leaking, not dripping, steadily pouring from my burger onto my plate. Don't get me wrong, I love a juicy burger, but this was something abnormal. The amount of grease that came off, didn't match the relative size of the burger. The flavor was ok and the temperature was what I ordered, but the amount of grease was way too much for me. The waitress provided average service and although I didn't request to speak to a manager, she went to get one anyway. My overall experience will keep me away from Applebee's for a long time and from this particular location indefinitely.

Our server Abbey acted like we were bothering her when we asked for anything she was very rude and we waited 20 mins for sour cream and then she put it Down and ran off this was the worst service I’ve Experienced in a long time

The food quality was not great. The spinach artichoke was runny. Chips were very salted, like someone dumped salt on There was lots of food for chicken Alfredo but it was just grilled chicken on top of noodles. Bartender was very friendly to the regulars. We waited on her sometime to get her attention for placing our order. We almost left waiting to order food but we already got appetizer. If you're a regular to the area join in the fun!
