Worst store I've even been in they have 9 employees behind the counter 1 register and 1 person doing everything while the lobby is full and out the door... absolutely terrible

Line was long and then once I got to the register it would have been another 10 minute wait for pretzel bites. They are a pretzel shop. I get they only had two workers. Shame on the on the owner for not staffing his store properly. Walked out.

Multiple people making pretzels while one person takes orders, handles money transactions, and serves. The line was out the door.

I’ve never the type of person to complain but this is not right. I received the wrong drink and undercooked doughy food. I went in to explain the situation and god laughed at by the employees. Very unprofessional and disgusting, never ordering her again.
