Not consistent, never know what you are going to get. Example I live 1and1/2 miles away if I get burnt food that's the way it was packed, that means you don't care! I got a text message today regarding my review on 12 10 25 asking me to reach out to the current manager in charge ( Jim ) I explained to him that I'm not looking for anything free or discounted, I just want what I'm paying for the most important thing for a manager is to make sure that all the employees know the menu and the quantity of each item that they have and also if you make a mistake tell me before it leaves so I can make it right. THANK YOU JIM AND THANK YOUR EMPLOYEES FOR DOING THEIR JOBS. TAKE A DEEP BREATH THE HOLIDAYS ARE HERE, STRESSFUL, PLEASE TIP APPROPRIATELY!

Ordered 2 pizzas and a steak hoagie for delivery. Food arrived at the requested time. Delivery person had the food in a hot bag. Unfortunately the food was cold and needed reheated prior to enjoying. I should have realized the distance for delivery. Meadowlands to Washington with traffic. I learned an expensive lesson today. Stick to the local establishments if you want your food to be hot.

We ordered a big red and order of mushrooms and when we got it mushrooms were soggy and gross and the pizza was cold and also soggy and I love a cold pizza generally im not sure what happened. I dont usually complain but this seemed warranted. I had every intention. To ask for refund but when I called man on phone was apologetic and offered to replace and send right away. So I said yes and they got it here pretty fast for busy time and the food was more In line with what we expected. Mushrooms and pizza were good Sicilian square cut crispy crust and bottom like I like it. I appreciate them making it right and sending it out right away. I'd try again, To see what else they have that's good.
