I am giving Bob Evans 2 stars because we enjoyed eating there. We arrived about 11:30 and told 20 minutes wait, and not many cars in the lot. After being seated we waited a good 10 minutes, with nobody to at least ask for our drinks. Needing to have our grandsons appointment for haircuts the family next to us said they waited a long time for their order to be taken. So we walked out for another restaurant. Sorry Bob Evans, I guess this is what happens when people do not want to work. No photos.

Waited over an hour for food. Food came out cold. There was hair in our daughter’s food. Portions were small. This location used to be good but has really gone downhill.

Terrible experience at Bob Evans. The tables were dirty, and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed and uninterested in serving customers. We ended up leaving because it was clear they weren't going to get things under control anytime soon.

I would prefer to give no stars honestly. My husband and I were in town visiting on 03/27/25 and stopped at one of our favorite restaurants to eat, unfortunately it was absolutely mind blowing how disappointed we were. When we arrived there were multiple employees smoking just to the left of the door the smell was nauseating. Then we walk into the restaurant and there where you wait to be seated , there are 2 ladies at the register trying to figure out something, which is fine but after fives minutes and no acknowledgment at all, they just keep standing there talking and one of them walks out to the people smoking stands there for a bit then comes back in and goes right back to it. A server then comes over to the area and about that time a guy walks in behind us and she immediately ask him if she cld help him?!!! Mind you she look at us many times as she walked in and off the floor to serve her guests. So after almost ten minutes, and not a single person atleast acknowledging us or even just saying sorry we will be with you asap we decided we obviously weren’t welcome so we left. I felt so disrespected, what an awful experience.

Empty parking lot empty restaurant and a 20 minute wait to be seated? What a joke of a restaurant.
I don’t know what it is about this location, but they forget so many things when I order online. Every time I order the cinnamon biscuits they never give me the icing for it. I got mustard… mustard, who dips their biscuits in mustard? I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but every time I am disappointed. Not to mention, I ordered a rise and shine burger and got a grilled chicken sandwich… I don’t know if these employees are putting the wrong orders in different bags or what. Disappointed.

Got hot thxgiving meal for 8. Got enough turkey for 2 if that in little peices no gravy and no cranberry sauce. I will call them tomorrow and will have a very stern conversation. They filled the turkey container w mostly stuffing. Hardly any turkey. Very very upset. Never again never. I will cook from now on
