The waitress was fine but I ordered over medium eggs, slimy runny. I ordered home fries, got hash brown. No butter on toast. Sausage links have changed also. They're like brown n serve now. What happened to this place?

WHY IS IT SOMEONE MAKES AN ONLINE ORDER WITH THIS BOB EVANS THEN WHEN YOU CALL TO INQUIRE ABOUT IT OR GO TO PICK IT UP THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT..... I am giving Bob Evans 2 stars because we enjoyed eating there. We arrived about 11:30 and told 20 minutes wait, and not many cars in the lot. After being seated we waited a good 10 minutes, with nobody to at least ask for our drinks. Needing to have our grandsons appointment for haircuts the family next to us said they waited a long time for their order to be taken. So we walked out for another restaurant. Sorry Bob Evans, I guess this is what happens when people do not want to work. No photos.
Waited over an hour for food. Food came out cold. There was hair in our daughter’s food. Portions were small. This location used to be good but has really gone downhill.

Terrible experience at Bob Evans. The tables were dirty, and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed and uninterested in serving customers. We ended up leaving because it was clear they weren't going to get things under control anytime soon.
