I would prefer to give no stars honestly. My husband and I were in town visiting on 03/27/25 and stopped at one of our favorite restaurants to eat, unfortunately it was absolutely mind blowing how disappointed we were. When we arrived there were multiple employees smoking just to the left of the door the smell was nauseating. Then we walk into the restaurant and there where you wait to be seated , there are 2 ladies at the register trying to figure out something, which is fine but after fives minutes and no acknowledgment at all, they just keep standing there talking and one of them walks out to the people smoking stands there for a bit then comes back in and goes right back to it. A server then comes over to the area and about that time a guy walks in behind us and she immediately ask him if she cld help him?!!! Mind you she look at us many times as she walked in and off the floor to serve her guests. So after almost ten minutes, and not a single person atleast acknowledging us or even just saying sorry we will be with you asap we decided we obviously weren’t welcome so we left. I felt so disrespected, what an awful experience.
Kid-friendliness: Completely rude, very disappointing.

I don’t know what it is about this location, but they forget so many things when I order online. Every time I order the cinnamon biscuits they never give me the icing for it. I got mustard… mustard, who dips their biscuits in mustard? I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but every time I am disappointed. Not to mention, I ordered a rise and shine burger and got a grilled chicken sandwich… I don’t know if these employees are putting the wrong orders in different bags or what. Disappointed.

Waitress was extremely rude. My husband and I got sick after eating here. Food was definitely expired and old. I will not be returning to this location.

Don't ever go to this Bob Evans on Oak Springs Road in Washington Pa! If you have celiac disease andneed to have a gluten-free diet you will get discriminated against! They have a gluten-free menu and I have eaten here plenty of times before with no issues. Things have now changed. And the one waitress Erica is extremely nasty and unprofessional. She discriminated against me, did not try to help me at all get a meal and told me that Bob Evans wasn't the place for me. Celiac disease is a disability, therefore I was discriminated against and yes, I have taken this up with headquarters!

The Waitress was new and on her own, The table came in after mine and got served first. They had more people to order food.
Ordered a large nearly $100 takeout order for my family’s dinner. I picked up the order and the building was near empty and not busy whatsoever. Despite the lack of activity, my order was still packed completely wrong and my family’s dinner ruined. I did not receive several items and also received a couple items I didn’t even order nor did I want. I talked the assistant manager who was somewhat empathetic to my situation, but indicated she was unable to refund the order. I asked if they could deliver the proper items (since I live 20 minutes from the store and refused to drive back for their mistake), which they also refused. I inquired how I was supposed to my feed my family and I was simply told they were sorry but couldn’t do anything. I was promised the GM would call me the very next day to make things “right”. Needless to say, I never received that call. I am so disappointed and angry with this company and how I was treated that night. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as I am beyond frustrated in having paid for this ruined meal and the lack of response and attention to this matter from restaurant management.

Today I ordered the chicken and noodle soup, which I have done at least twice a month for the last few years. The soup was more like noodle and onion soup, and not many noodles. No chicken , no carrots. I was very disappointed. It was TOTALLY different than ever before! Please go back to the original recipe. I’m kind of afraid to order again.
