had a party of 6, my whole table got food and me and my wife's order was 100 percent forgot. I had too ask for my food 3 times extra until finally telling the manager. and while waiting for my food patiently my whole table was cut off for talking loudly in a sports bar. Jay obviously doesn't know how too be a general manager.

Had a great experience here. Server was great, food was hot and fresh. The trivia game was a lot of fun. It is a naturally loud atmosphere, not a place for conversation during dinner.

Had a great dinner, delicious side salad with blue cheese dressing, a order of bone in wings with blue cheese and celery, and a ice cold sweet tea with lemon 🍋. Very helpful and friendly waitress. All at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Like most places in this category its bad food and overpriced. Everything tastes like it was in a tv dinner box they heated up. Last time.
Ordered wings to-go, this was $40. Why they didn’t fill the containers up fully I don’t know, but this was a rip off.

We were really looking forward to eating at Buffalo Wild Wings, but our visit was very disappointing. We waited about 30 minutes just to get our drinks, and then nearly an hour for our food to arrive. When it finally did, one of my daughter’s meals was missing, and a couple minutes later someone came by and literally tossed the plate onto the table without saying a word.
To make things worse, my husband never even received his water, despite asking, and by the end of the meal our waitress completely ignored our table. There was no apology or attempt to make things right.
We understand that restaurants get busy, but the lack of service, communication, and basic courtesy made this a very frustrating experience. We left disappointed and will likely choose a different restaurant next time.

Took us an hour and half to get one of our two appetizers after being seated. Almost 2 hours waiting on our food… and most of it was cold. Waitress was very nice, not her fault. Whoever is in charge of this place needs to figure something out.

We've ordered out of this location twice and have had similar experiences both times. Both times the fries have been cold and stale. In our latest order we recieved boneless wings instead of traditional (paid $3 extra for traditional), the lemon pepper wings didn't have any dry rub on them and came bare, and we were missing some of our veggie bundles. Disappointed but it seems to be the trend with other takeout reviews.
