It's not Buford's anymore it's now called Dee Jay's. Breakfast was good and waitress was the best!! I've eaten at the original Dee Jay's in WV and they have the best barbecue hands down. I've gone to the bridgeville location and had ribs there and it doesn't have the same menu as WV and the ribs aren't the same quality as WV. I was told from staff that they cook them in WV and ship them to the restaurants. So I would recommend just making the trip to the original Dee Jay's and I promise you it is well worth the drive!! Best barbecue hands down!!

This use to be our go to Sunday brunch spot.. I can tell you with the change over to DJs the menu is not brunch worth.. the new cooks.. yelled at our waitress all bc I wanted no potato… the waitress was fantastic and did a great job but with the new cooks and management I can tell you our every Sunday brunch spot is no more and we won’t be back..

This is a cute urban setting with a nice variety on the menu. I order a breakfast platter. It was good. I was told the sausage gravy was good but I didn't order it. The waitress brought me out some to try. It was just ok. I am a bit old fashion home cooking kinda gal. The sausage has a bit of a kick like Italian sausage. Needs to be more of a breakfast tasting sausage. I was pleased with the order I placed and ate it all after a morning hike.

The wait was very long which probably couldn't be helped with the size party we had. After we were seated It took a while for the server to even bring us drinks another hour to wait for food. The food was good but not worth that wait.

I know Buford‘s is changing hands in the very near future, and I would love to leave a good review, but our experience today was not good. Everything looks so good on the menu on the Internet, We already had our meals planned. We got there and it was very crowded - I think we kind of expected that, it was a Saturday morning after all. We asked if we could sit outside, the young man went to check and when he came back he said we could sit outside but if it started raining they couldn’t bring us back in. I don’t really know what to make of that! I mean were they just going to let us sit out in the rain? I appreciate that there may not be have been a table open if they did have to bring us in, but I think there was a much better way of saying that to us.Best of luck to you in your future as a part of the DeeJay’s enterprise in Bridgeville.

Nashville chicken and the Southern. Their Nashville chicken did come with pickles but since Zach doesn't like them we did not get them. Although next time I may ask them to either put them in the side or only on half to get the full experience. HOWEVER this was bomb, their Nashville hot sauce was both sweet and spicy. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The Southern with fried chicken was absolutely refreshing. And bonus points for the blue cheese. The strawberries added a nice touch of sweetness. Loooooooved the hot honey drizzle and made me get some for the apartment Very busy today but totally worth the wait. The wait staff is suuuper friendly!!
Skip this place if you are disabled and require service animal assistance.My family and I were super excited to try this place for brunch. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not fully accessible to persons with disabilities, and my father was told he could not bring his service dog into the restaurant.I hope that the restaurant will examine ADA rules more closely and re-evaluate their current policies so that I taste their food and leave a review based on the quality of their work rather than the accessibility of their facilities.

Outstanding service !!! We had my family together 18 of us! My dad’s birthday n sister-in-laws today Sunday @10:45!! Not only did they go above n beyond to get us sat (together) the server Blake killed it !! She was sweet kind n on top of things too to finish!! All food came out hot n CORRECT! Didn't think to ever write a review until now. Why, because I had a bad experience at another restaurant today and didn't realize the importance of reviews. My son is the head chef. I am not being partial because he is my son because let's face it mom is your biggest critic good or bad. I have been here several times super busy especially on the weekends and have never had a bad experience. Not just with the food but the service there and the employee's. Keep up the good work!!

Was in the area and searched for a place for breakfast and figured we would try Bufords out based on the location and reviews. We were not sorry. This place was slammed busy but we were greated by friendly staff. Got a seat pretty quick and started the order off with a bloody Mary and Mimosa for the misses. Drinks were fairly priced, moderately sized and yummy. Establishment was clean. Ordered breakfast and it took a little while. Without complaining or making any issues at all, the server recognized we waited awhile, apologized and gave us a small discount. The gesture and acknowledgement was truthfully amazing. Who does that nowadays? To be honest, we really didn't wait that long especially for how busy they were. Food arrived, portions were large, it was delicious and despite being busy.....our server was attentive. We definitely recommend Bufords but suggest seeing if you can get Jameson, she is an excellent server. We will be back for sure.
