I asked for a large iced coffee and received a small. When I asked if it was a large the guy said that's the best we got so clearly they ripped me off.

Me and my boyfriend come here for our lunch breaks everyday and everytime we are parked even if we are the only ones in line. The food takes 10+ minutes to make its way out and we only get 2-3 sandwiches and they are always cold. They are always under staffed and the staff lack manners they are always acting like they have better thing s to do as if they didn’t apply for this job they are more concerned with goofing off than serving costumers the managers need to have a talk with their employees on how to properly treat customers or highly consider restaffing this establishment

Going down hill fast lately. Food takes over 30 minutes to come out. Once you fillally get your food, it's cold. No matter what time I have stopped by, they only have one person in the kitchen preparing food. They need help before it gets even worse.

We were in for lunch today. Took a good long time. We had 2 orders of mozarella fries. One was fresh, the other were so old and crusty that the cheese was no longer white inside.

This place doesn’t seem very well managed. Always understaffed. Behind on the drive through. Took 10 minutes to get the food for me and my kid when dining in and I was the only one waiting. Pop machine looks like it’s never been cleaned. One positive is that it has a kids play place.

Every time I come here it's a bad experience. I ordered and paid for a double, they gave me a single. My wife didn't get cheese. They had us pull up by the people Vaping and we had to wait 22 minutes after our order. The guy finally came out with a tray full of food. He walked forty feet from us and then started screaming 20. I pulled up my receipt that I already threw a way to find out that I was in fact 20.

This place sucks out loud.

Make no mistake, this is the trashiest and worst Burger King in Pittsburgh. I have pulled up to the speaker and been greeted with, "welcome to Wendy's. Can I take your order?" Followed by laughter for a minute straight by the employees inside. I then ordered a double Whopper with just cheese on it only, and I received a double Whopper with everything on it, and cheese added. Because the idiot was too busy laughing at his mistake to really even pay attention to what I was ordering.

A few months later I was rang up wrong. Had to call corporate after calling the restaurant directly was futile.

Yesterday I ordered a shroom and swiss melt online and I received a bacon melt. They even circled bacon on the wrapper 🤦‍♂️. It clearly says on the receipt that's taped to the bag shroom and swiss melt. I'm a bit allergic to bacon so I avoid it.

Their door is constantly locked well before they close.

They give you an attitude if you're delivering doordash and pull up to the speaker to pick up said doordash, if they've decided it's time to close. There doesn't seem to be any consistency to their hours.

They like to close the entire store before their listed hours.

I used to be a big fan of Burger King, but I feel that out of all the main fast food restaurants, they seem to have the worst customer service in general.

This place is a joke to say the least. I've never had much of an issue at the Burger King on Jefferson ave. I usually try to avoid the racetrack road Burger King and go the few extra miles to the Jefferson ave. Burger King.

Do yourself a favor. Avoid this sad and pathetic place.

Attempted to use the app. Was told their system was down earlier and to come inside and see if it would work. Tried to go inside and the doors were locked. So bought mozzarella fries and they were so hard and old could barely bite into them. Attempted to call the store and Noone would answer so. Not a great experience

I was there Saturday and got the whoppers and cheese burgers family meal. The burger tasted like it was cooked in old grease. So I think you gave me food poisoning. I am never ordering from you again. You better check on your employees and make sure there cleaning those grease traps out .
