I really hate to have to say this, because this is actually one of the Burger Kings left with a playground for children! But this lady! The Cashier! She was Horrible! She was very rude! Very unprofessional! Not only did she not help me with my order, when I seemed indecisive she rushed me the entire time, and threw my receipt on counter and walked away when I finished. I definitely will not be visiting this Burger King anytime soon, and I hope management helps her remember that it’s basic humanity to treat someone how you’d like to be treated! When I returned to my vehicle my children wondered why I didn’t have everything they wanted and I had to explain to them how I was rushed through my order and sometimes there are just mean people out here and all we can do is pray for them.

I like the kids play area that puts the tubes up in the air. The whole restaurant is clean and the staff very helpful and the new menu items are very tasty.

Worst drive-thru EVER!! Employee was belligerent, ignorant, condescending and rude! Someone on work release would have provided better service than I received 3PM, 6-27-25. Drove away from speaker and went to Wendy's to eat.

Me and my boyfriend come here for our lunch breaks everyday and everytime we are parked even if we are the only ones in line. The food takes 10+ minutes to make its way out and we only get 2-3 sandwiches and they are always cold. They are always under staffed and the staff lack manners they are always acting like they have better thing s to do as if they didn’t apply for this job they are more concerned with goofing off than serving costumers the managers need to have a talk with their employees on how to properly treat customers or highly consider restaffing this establishment

Going down hill fast lately. Food takes over 30 minutes to come out. Once you fillally get your food, it's cold. No matter what time I have stopped by, they only have one person in the kitchen preparing food. They need help before it gets even worse.

We were in for lunch today. Took a good long time. We had 2 orders of mozarella fries. One was fresh, the other were so old and crusty that the cheese was no longer white inside.
