Today, burger King failed in all respects. The person making the food was screaming at a guy named JASON who was getting her cheese. The shift supervisor was not handling anything. This crew at 114pm could not handle the load they were given at all. Customers were embarrassed for them. I could not believe the language from them. Screaming at each other.
Just left there. Place was very cold so of course food cooled off quickly...if it was ever hot. Sandwiches were OK, but they should not give you large cups for drinks when the meal comes with small. The fries were not fresh and were heavily salted. Chairs were so uncomfortable. Feel like was a poor choice to go there.
Recently visited the Burger King on Racetrack Road in Fort Walton Beach. Have never been there was pleasantly surprised at the decor and the atmosphere, was very festive and welcoming You can tell that the manager Josie Ortiz, really cares about her store. Best Burger King in Fort Walton Beach!
