The staff were very nice, attentive, polite. The food was not good. Fries were fresh and hot, but the burgers were cold. Mine was so small it didn't even fill the bun and was so cold the cheese didn't melt. No flavor. My daughter's burger was the same. The prices keep rising and the food quality keeps getting worse.

Manager is awful. My son is trying to collect scooby doo toys. And the manager wouldn’t let him exchange for a new one that they had. I have never heard of anything like that

Great service, John was very personable and funny in our drive through, and helped us out during our late night drive. I was hungry and this delivered, can't ask for more than that!
Stopped in at lunch time with a coworker on 8/1. There was a large line in the drive thru so we decided to dine in. We ordered a whopper meal, double whopper meal, and an order of chicken nuggets. We sat down and waited 22 minutes for our food. When our name was called I told the girl at the counter to just throw everything into a bag since our lunch break was over and we were going to be late getting back to work. When we got back, we took everything out of the bag and were short the double whopper. I tried to call the location to complain and after about 15 rings I gave up.

The only burger king that they will lie and tell you they aren't allowed to put cream and sugar in coffee after I told the workers at 2 other burger kings in the area they laughed and said that was ridiculous, they are supposed to put it in unless requested not to.

Fries seemed like medium size not large.
Whopper was falling apart halfway through eating it.
Snack wrap was anemic and tasted bland. Looked like a kids size snack wrap.
Absolute waste of money.
AC was freezing inside, booth seats were made of hard plastic, no cushions. Other chairs also no cushions. Uncomfortable atmosphere. Music too loud.
I could use the MCD’s app and get like 3 sandwiches and fries/drink for like $10-12
