Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Every time I come here they rip me off. Whether it's not including my drink in the meal or giving me less food than I ordered it happens every time. I work in the building they are apart of and the amount of people who complain about them is astronomical. If you don't have to, save your time and money by eating somewhere else.

Great customer service, the staff were really nice and for $60, me and my family couldn't even finish all the food we had because of how stuffed we were. The cheese was creamy like queso and the meat was perfectly seasoned, not too much, not too little. It might be in Walmart, but it definitely deserves it's own spot and it's very nice with the cultural part of customer service ! Very much appreciated and loved here

So the last time I ate here it was delicious and I got a Philly cheesesteak. It had all the veggies, cheese and meat.
So I figured I'd get the same. It was completely different than what I ordered last time. And it was disappointing.
And I got another sandwich for my SO and his didn't have any veggies or the other stuff the guy said would be on it. It was just cheese, a few onions and the meat.
The cashier was super nice and I had just shopped and was tired from being at work for 10 hours. They weren't busy but still jacked up my order.
And the cherry on top was when I saw the cashier picking his nose with his pinky and not washing his hands as he used his Booger hand to put napkins and my to go order in a bag.
I was exhausted otherwise I would have probably said something. Instead I tossed my boogered napkins and prayed he didn't touch the food.
So in the future please don't pick your nose while leaning over the counter up front. Tissues are a thing. And so is water and soap. Please use that. Cuz yuck.

They could not differentiate a “sauce” from a “dry rub” seasoning for wings. I didn’t get what I was trying to order. I just took what I could get and went about my day.

Order extra pickles dont get the pickles but get charged for them
Get just the sandwich with no lettuce pickles tom on it

Barely any chicken on cheesteak

It is such a rarity to find a restaurant embedded inside of Walmart, especially since their McDonald’s locations kept closing. But Charley’s is a rarity in this case. The food was very good. The thing I’m not happy about was the service. ONLY THREE PEOPLE WORKING THERE. THREE. And they wouldn’t understand me. I also spent $37 trying to win a Hatsune Miku keychain from the claw machine in there. Yep that was me. To sum it up, the food was good, but there is a little room for improvement everywhere else.

First, this is inside Walmart. Second, the sandwich I ordered didn't have Provalone cheese. Third, the music was so loud that I got a headache. Not impressed.
