Chipotle Mexican Grill

The size of their portions is absolutely disgusting. I asked for double chicken and honestly, what I ended up with was probably less than a quarter of a chicken breast. When I asked them if it is double, the guy putting protein in my bowl, looked at me with an annoyed expression. I paid $16 for A chicken bowl, ended up getting 7-8 pieces of chicken. Would never visit this chipotle again.

Ordered two Burrito bowls, only difference was mine had 1/2 Pinto beans and had lettuce on it. I then came down with food poisoning that night after just a couple hrs after eating it. Spent my entire weekend shitting water and throwing up. Out of work for 2 days, cost me $600+ in lost wages. Friend who ate hers (minus lettuce and pinto beans) was fine.

I have came here multiple times and everything was great, today my sister went to pick up her order and the bowl was HALF EMPTY??!!!!! And the number is a robot, I want to speak to someone!

Disappointed by Tiny Portion Sizes – Not What I Paid For!

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but my recent visit was really disappointing. I ordered a burrito and noticed immediately that it felt unusually light. When I got home and weighed the protein portion (yes, I actually checked because it looked so small), it came out to only 1.55 oz—when it’s supposed to be 4 oz. That’s less than half of what I paid for.

I get that sometimes portions can vary a bit, but this wasn’t a small mistake—it was a huge difference. The whole burrito felt unbalanced and skimpy, and it definitely didn’t fill me up like it normally would. I expect better consistency from a place like Chipotle, especially when customers are paying for a full portion.

If this is becoming a trend, it’s not a good look. I hope management takes this seriously and retrains staff to make sure portions are fair and accurate. Nobody wants to feel shortchanged when they’re spending their hard-earned money on a meal.

Simple seating, great food, and service, avocado was delish, loved choice of rice or salad on bottom, lemonade with tumeric was great.

The music was soft. Burritos were wrapped wet with too much juice. The chips were super oily and way too salty.

More for my food in Washington at chipotle that I do in Pleasant Hills I paid $17. I usually would pay $13 at mine and they didn’t even fill the bag up of chips all the way and the food don’t even taste good.

Do better. They skimp on the meat even if you pay for extra. Staff all look miserable like youyou being there inconveniences them. To go orders thrown in bag and bottled drinks dropped on top of food.
