Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’m new to Washington and I have to get chipotle 30 miles anyway any direction. Guacamole is salty.. rice or beans are never right. Some chips have salt some chips have chunks of salt. I’m convinced no one complains or the restaurant just doesn’t care. I legit do not think the locals has ever had good chipotle. I’ve giving this restaurant several chances… I don’t see myself ever going back. This is from someone that has been eating chipotle since 08
THE WORKER WITH THE PINK HAIR WAS SO RUDE TO ME and gave me dirty looks and comments. When i asked politely for sour cream, it made a snarky comment. It seems it was a very hard task getting the cream by the way it acted. Fire immediately in my opinion

My first time eating at Chipotle any where. It was very well. That's funny my first time I try it in Washington Pennsylvania. I live near San Antonio. But it was really good well done

I went and this girl went she had pink hair , not trying ot be mean she was so rude ! I said I have 3 others ordering and she got mad and mumbled away like how are u mad at ur job thank god someone came to assist cause she was rude and then my mom repeated because she thought we misheard and she said I heard you like do better
Never had any issues here. One of the better Chipotle's I've been to and haven't had any issues with the food; it's consistently tasty. The good crew tops it off.
Bad service, seems everyone here doesn't wanna work here! Store is so messy too! Whoever is manager is here is doing bad job

An okay location unless you go after 7pm. Even though they close at 10 something. It has been numerous times I have not been able to get what I want. Down to white rice. On top of that they run out of change quite often as well. I paid $20 for a $13 burrito because I only had cash on me. Unacceptable in my opinion. One good thing is the staff is kind and try to be accommodating with the lack of resources they are given.
Happy with the staff. Overall terrible experience.

Probably the worst chipotle I have ever eaten at. Messed up my wife’s order. Both of our proteins must have been the bottom of the container because it was all the worst bits. Chips are always stale, and I mean every single time. We now drive 10 minutes up the road to go to a much better one

The cashier was rude. My credit card did not work for the first time. I had to insert/swipe/tap few times, meanwhile we had unpleasant communication exchange with the cashier.
The food also did not taste good. I could only eat just a quarter of it and threw away.
Do not recommend this place.

⭐ 1 Star Review – Extremely Disappointed
Went to Chipotle today and had one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve had in a while. First off, they were completely out of steak, chicken, AND honey chicken – pretty much every major protein you'd expect to find. Despite this, the person in front of me was still charged for a half scoop of chicken they scraped from the bottom of the pan.
When it was my turn, I was told flat-out that they were out — nothing left. No offer of alternatives, no accommodation, just a shrug. To make it worse, there was clearly more chicken visible in the ticket line, but staff refused to use it for some reason. No explanation.
15 minutes later, fresh chicken magically appeared and was restocked – after I'd already been rushed through the line and paid for a subpar bowl. It felt like a blatant case of poor communication, bad customer service, and zero care for consistency.
I get that restaurants run out of items, but the way this was handled? Completely unacceptable. Do better, Chipotle.

We sat outside because the music was playing unbearably loud. I had earplugs in when in line. I was disappointed in the selection available (no cilantro, no promotional chicken). We also had a new cashier not ask if we were rewards members (which necessitated us making a claim to have points added from our receipt on the app) and mistakenly said our gift card was zero balance when it had $80 left. Oops. The watermelon lemonade lacked flavor but was too sweet. The fajita vegetables were also overcooked and mushy. We probably just caught them at an odd time, but it was at least not right when they opened.
