If you're trying to 'reinvent' your restaurant just start serving good food again!

Stayed overnight in parking lot, at Washington, Pa location. Service was exceptional. Melissa K and Savannah H, were kind, professional, recommended items to try, asked kitchen about dietary requirements, and provided very authentic and engaged customer service. Melissa worked very diligently, to make certain, our meals were exactly as ordered. These women ensured; that my family and I, enjoyed great food and conscientious care, after an exhausting day of driving. Thank you, Cracker Barrtel

My husband was very disappointed in the service here been here 2 times and we ordered our meal and we received it all at one time the waitress was not very efficient at all .... If I could have given a zero I would jan

The Cracker Barrel we visited was extremely busy and we didn’t mind the wait.

However, there was a hair in my husband’s breakfast sandwich and no apology was ever offered by management (or our server)! Simply the comment “I hope this one is better than the last one “ to which I said”As long as there’s no hair!”

Although the manager removed my husband’s breakfast, with the exception of his drink, at no point did he ever come to our table and apologize for the inconvenience? He didn’t apologize to me directly.

When I brought the situation to his attention he simply asked me who was my server which I told him I don’t know what her name was but I told him where we were sitting.

She didn’t return to our table until she was bringing out a new sandwich for my husband. Having been in the food service business for many years, I was blown away by the lack of concern shown by the manager that being said, we will not be returning to this particular location.

Had the Farm Raised Non-Spicy Cornmeal Breaded Catfish Dinner and it was pretty good. It was Acceptable but I've had better. I might try it again.

I got take out and it took 20 minutes for my order. I ordered the Thursday turkey and stuffing and wasn’t told there was no stuffing but was given an option for two sides because of the stuffing but I didn’t know that. When she brought my order I asked for extra gravy which was lucky for me because they didn’t give me any gravy at all on my dried out turkey. Sadly the gravy was one big lump and not very good, but it did make the dry turkey more edible. When I got home I discovered I got my sides in my take out order but they gave me the sides in extra containers as well. My husbands salad was great.

This is the nicest Cracker Barrel I've been to in a long time!

The restaurant was clean and the tables and floors weren't sticky. The service was more than pleasant and the food was actually good to boot. I'd come back if I was in the area, for sure.
