Never want to give a store a ONE star review, but now I had too.I ordered a single cookie from Washington store from the app. Somehow the app wants us to tips $2 on a $4 cookie. Can't reverse! Okay fine.I received a notification that my order is done and thank you for picking up, enjoy your cookie even though i'm not even there yet. I came into the store and saw our name was first in line, but the clerk decided to serve 2 big orders and let us wait! I am not happy at all

I went in while on vacation to get my birthday free cookie. The selections this week looked good but the guy at the counter helped me decide on the triple berry cobbler and it was very yummy.
I love Crumbl cookies, but this location leaves a lot to be desired. I stopped in at 6pm last Friday and they were taking orders just as usual, the problem was they were out of everything besides one type of cookie and didn't say anything to anyone until after you put in the order. They then told us they were out of everything besides one type and it would be a couple hours before anything else was ready. Who's going to wait a couple of hours for a cookie????

Your business model is awful. How can you be so slow? It’s impressive. Hire more people and get some more oven. It’s ridiculous to wait 30 minutes for cookies. Embarrassing.
