Place seemed very understaffed and was inattentive to guests in the lobby.
I placed a pickup order that was expected be ready at 8:07, but wasn’t ready until 8:40, and I had to go back in as a couple items are missing.
Sign outside of store says “under new management”
I think it needs new new management, will not be returning.

It's a Dennys. Pretty middle of the road across the board for quality etc. Service was polite and helpful but very slow.

Dirty place and the food (breakfast in my case) was TERRIBLE. I ate maybe one pancake (to be nice to the person paying for it). The sausage and hash browns were BAD. Tasted like they'd been cooked -- forever for the sausage and not enough for the hash browns -- on the same grill as hundreds of other items without ever being cleaned in between. Two waitresses for the entire place and they did try to keep up with an impossible situation. A spider's web behind the booth was the crowning touch. I was actually fearful of becoming sick after I left. NEVER, NEVER again, and if this is the NEW management, what must the old have been like? The Dept. Of Health needs to make a serious visit to this restaurant, and from previous reviews, this wasn't a one and done day. Apparently, it's typical.

The minute I saw the under new management sign I should have left. My wife and I stood at the podium waiting to be seated by one of the three employees that where standing around bullshitting. Finally got there attention and was seated at a table that constantly rocked while we ate. The restaurant was dirty and the food was not good the first 2 susage links where burnt so bad I couldn't cut them the next 2 where extremely undercooked, just like the hash browns. I hated myself for only tipping a dollar but honestly that was to much. The young man was not friendly, polite or well mannered. He forgot our silverware and new came back once after delivering our food, we finally got tired of waiting for the check so we walked up to the register and had to ask for it. Big surprise employees standing around doing nothing.

My family stopped in for breakfast Saturday morning, (We have infant twins and a toddler), and from the moment our waitress Ashley seated us, she was wonderful! She anticipated our needs and understood how hectic it can be bringing our family out to eat, and it made our experience that much better! We will definitely be back thanks to the kindness and hospitality Ashley showed us!

We had Nakyah as our server! She was nothing but sweet! She was the only server in the building. She did such a great job! Very fast and efficient! She deserves a raise!!

Restaurantji Recommends
The chicken sandwich was so salty and greasy it was inedible— the server never asked how our food was. The cook came out with sweating so much and wiping his head down in the dining room with a dish towel. When we were paying I told the server how bad the sandwich was— she obviously didn’t care at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Valerie, according to the host, is a new manager. I could hear her in the kitchen giving direction paying close attention to detail and asking questions. As a former restaurant district manager, these are qualities you love to have! Great job Valerie!
