First off customer service is absolutely phenomenal. If you’re new to it they tell you where everything is located and some good options they have. They treat you like family there. Their food is fresh and tastes absolutely phenomenal. You can tell they put there hearts into it. I’ve been there about 6 maybe 7 different times and they’ve only gotten better

The food is really good. I would recommend it to anyone who loves BBQ. You get your money's worth of food. The atmosphere is really good. The lady who works at the Washington PA store is very nice and friendly. I will eat it dickey's BBQ pit again and again. It was the first time that I ate at dickey's BBQ pit, and I was very impressed and satisfied with my meal. If I could give the the woman a 100 out of 100 I would. The brisket, ribs, and polish sausage is what I got to eat. It all was very tender and juicy. I also got Mac & cheese, and potato salad with my meal and it was very delicious. The rolls were delicious. I also had a slice of pecan pie and it was really good. I was full when I got finished. I will tell all of my friends about dickey's BBQ pit and send them too
Greeted immediately at the door by the staff/owner. She was very pleasant, friendly and helpful with the menu. Food was moist, flavorful and up to the standard of the Dickey's brand. Nice little fast, BBQ place in a very busy plaza.

Loved it! The other half and I worked a long day and didn't feel like cooking when we got home so we sung by and got take out because we had dogs waiting on us at home. Dickey's is the perfect take out for date night at home. Hit the spot! Pulled pork coleslaw baked beans rolls. Then a nap! Thanks Lynda ?? always spot on! ?

Very underwhelmed and disappointed to say the least. So I am from the south, born and raised, so when I see a bbq joint that I haven’t heard about is nearby, I get excited. Well I was very let down. Me and my gf came in when no one else was there to give it the best shot so there is no chance of the food being rushed. I got the 2 meat plate with ribs and brisket. Both meats were bone dry and the brisket was like pulled pork. I got Mac n cheese and it tasted SUPER cheap. Like velveeta and soggy macaroni. No crispiness, not baked. Like that of craft. I went fishing before going there so my shoes were a little dirty, I’ll admit, but the (presumably) owner shouts from the back “can you go to the front and stomp off your shoes. There’s dirt everywhere.” Like um I don’t mean to sound entitled but I just payed you. At least wait until I leave and clean it up. She kept trying to upsell us to the point where it got annoying and tried to get me to tip them by shoving the check in my face and to make me sign it. Keep in mind, this is the same style of restaurant that subway is. There is no “waiting tables”. They give you your food and say have a nice day. For the two of us it was $35. Ridiculous. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Just a waste of money and time. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Dickies is a great authentic BBQ spot that uses real smoke and time to make a great product. The woman and man that run the location are very kind and genuine. They took great care of me my first time and made sure i was happy. The baby back ribs and brisket are amazing.
