Faith is always very unwelcoming and rude. Orders are messed up lately for things I’ve paid for, no refunds. Reached out to management, no reply’s. Unprofessional.
I just wanted to take a second to say how irritated that I am that last week I bought 2.5dozen of donuts for my sons school.
To start that process out I attempted to place my order online last Monday, it wouldn't give me a choice but the next day to pick up... okay so fast fwd to Thursday.
I get on to order thinking they only take custom orders the night before or something... to then find out the app or the site will only let u get 1 dozen per order.
So I go into the school on Friday explaining the deliemma thinking I'm doing something wrong. To then get waited on by someone who had a great upbeat personality, happy smiles and all. To help me place my order, go over my order to make sure it was done correctly then proceeds to get my stuff I find out as I drop the donuts off that there are at least 5 out of the 2.5 dozen aren't even no where near what I asked for...
I was so disappointed 😞 I don't think I'll ever be to that one again.
Just used drive thru. Not busy around 12:30pm. Stayed across the street Hampton

when you order an iced caramel macchiato and get a cup of milk and sugar!!! this location is out of by heartland restaurant group the same company that owns the embarrassment on Banksville Road in Pittsburgh my advice stay away !!!
seemed to be fairly clean, bathroom was clean, my frozen coffee tasted good, the cashier who took my order inside, seemed to not be able to input my order correctly, i had to repeat myself 5x. If the cashier had a learning disability or was a new employee, i am totally patient, but if they are high or stoned at work, unacceptable. Save it for after work. By the way greedy corporations need to pay their employee's better to retain the good ones.

There's supposed to be milk foam in a latte. I can come and train your employees if they don't know what they're doing. The only reason I came there was because my espresso machine needs descaled and I have to say I wasn't too impressed.

I will NEVER give them another chance. They don't know what they're doing! Late to a funeral because it took 40 minutes to get 2 frozen coffees. Wanted my money back but they kept saying it was "coming up", so I continued to wait. Then they tasted awful and they are so expensive anymore so we stopped in Canonsburg to see if they could doctor them up a little and the girl made 2 new perfect ones and wouldn't even take money for them! Huge difference in experiences.
Also rude when they got the order wrong another time, and another time they couldn't even get hot cocoa right for my son who was sick with the flu.
I'm done and will go further on down to Chestnut where they know how to make superior coffee drinks.

Horrible since all the good people walked. Simple drinks are wrong, wait time is crazy, and rude employees. Order a coffee hot with cream and sugar. Get a hot coffee black. Or refresher has odd taste. Should not need to wait 50 minutes for a hot coffee. Oh and it comes cold or warm.

Delicious breakfast and coffee. The inside of the building is an awesome looking coffee themed shop. Highly suggest a visit to other coffee lovers!

This location is randomly closed with NO notice. I got out of my car to go inside and place an order on 3 separate occasions and the indoor has been locked. This video was taken at 2:30 in the afternoon. Completely locked. I hope management or owners are aware of how often it’s happening and are willing to fix it! Very frustrating and you’re losing customers
