One of the employees was standing directly in front of the entrance around noon on 1/18/25 pretending to sweep while smoking a cigarette. Employees smoking at the front door is completely unacceptable. Nobody should have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to enter the store. I won't be back.

The customer service here has gone down hill. It appears no one knows what they are doing in this location anymore. Takes forever to get an order filled when you walk in. Drive thru goes quicker. Everyone is wearing a headset and ignores the front counter.

I went and got my latte and donuts there this morning but man I wish i didn't. My latte was so bitter I couldn't drink it. I ordered 3 donuts which I paid for but I only received 1.

Dunkin through and through, but the traffic set up/ parking lot could use a little more thought behind it. Crazy line in the AM and hard to move in lot with a solid line wrapping the building.

They will say they're out or don't do things because they don't want to do it, like whipped cream and frozen coffees.Just stand up for yourself.Oh and the floor was super sticky everywhere.

Our mobile order for 3 coffees was correct. We requested to pick them up inside since we needed to use the restroom. Not only were the restrooms dirty, but the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a month. When we approached the counter to get our coffees, no one greeted us or made eye contact. We stood waiting and no one came for about 3 minutes. Then one of the employees left three drinks on the counter, but out of our reach. After waiting another minute, I interrupted a different employee to ask if those were for my mobile order. They were our coffees. I was happy to get them and go.

Today I received a $4 cup of steamed milk.NOT A CAPPUCINO!!!No coffee at all.I’m done with Dunkin.That’s twice this week they’ve screwed up my order.Not even worth my effort going back to complain.I’m just done with them.
