Everytime I've gotten Advacado toast here they never toast the bread, and then spread the Advacado over the unloaded bread and then give it to me. Today I ordered toast with bacon and all I got was the toast.

Lady at the counter can't remember her name super friendly recommended apple filled doughnut........ It was absolutely fantastic I will be back for more I go here every day on my way to work usually just coffee and go which is always great the food has always been very good as well love the snackin bacon.

One of the employees was standing directly in front of the entrance around noon on 1/18/25 pretending to sweep while smoking a cigarette. Employees smoking at the front door is completely unacceptable. Nobody should have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to enter the store. I won't be back.

The customer service here has gone down hill. It appears no one knows what they are doing in this location anymore. Takes forever to get an order filled when you walk in. Drive thru goes quicker. Everyone is wearing a headset and ignores the front counter.
