Dunkin through and through, but the traffic set up/ parking lot could use a little more thought behind it. Crazy line in the AM and hard to move in lot with a solid line wrapping the building.

They will say they're out or don't do things because they don't want to do it, like whipped cream and frozen coffees.Just stand up for yourself.Oh and the floor was super sticky everywhere.

Our mobile order for 3 coffees was correct. We requested to pick them up inside since we needed to use the restroom. Not only were the restrooms dirty, but the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a month. When we approached the counter to get our coffees, no one greeted us or made eye contact. We stood waiting and no one came for about 3 minutes. Then one of the employees left three drinks on the counter, but out of our reach. After waiting another minute, I interrupted...
