Pool was out of service. No room service. Clerks had no clue about the website information. I should not have to go daily to get fresh towels. Restaurant and the sports lounge closed, apparently due to staffing problems. Oh, continental breakfast, nope! A baggie breakfast with water bottle, piece of fruit and a yogurt.

If you are just staying a night, it is alright. Very outdated rooms, but pretty quiet. We couldn’t use the pool bc it wasn’t filled or anything. Man when we checked in was pretty nice, women at check out wasn’t. Overall just okay.

Everything was just great. From the check in to the check out. Always stay at the Ramada. And it never disappoints. Great view and great location. But next level service as always. Cleanness and great house keeping. Can’t wait till my next stay in this location.

Great location but the toilets were dirty, damp rank smelling room, crumbling foundations and walkways. Grounds landscaping unkept weeds, dead plants/flowers, grass... Pool is a nightmare un kept. Ferrel cats roaming.

Cathy has great customer service skills. Very attentive & always making sure everything is ok. Location is perfect away from busy street & surrounded by trees. Tons of great restaurants around to grab your breakfast.

We truly appreciated the good old-fashioned hospitality of this Ramada Inn and their entire staff during our recent stay in Washington, PA as we gathered to enjoy sharing quality time with out-of-town family and local friends. The cleanliness of the accessible room and comfort of the beds exceeded our expectations. A good value for the money in these inflationary times. We will stay again!

The hotel/motel sits on top of a hill which looks over the town and countryside. The view is beautiful. There is also a very large grassy area where my dog could run and play. Be sure to take a shower when you stay here. It was one of the best showers I've ever had! And thank you Cathy, at the front desk, for being so kind and helpful!

The hotel website does not say that there is a whole building of motel rooms at this hotel. I was surprised when I was told that I had to go outside to a second building to find my room. I immediately felt unsafe when I found my room, as a solo female guest. I could hear a group of men talking and echoing outside of my door, but could not see where the noise was coming from. The motel room smelled awful. It was super dark- the light switch only powered on a super dim lightbulb. I went to the front desk and voiced my concerns, and Letitia was very kind and found me a room within the main hotel building. When I went into that room, it smelled very musty, like there was mold somewhere. The air conditioning system was very old and could not be controlled for temperature. When I turned the water on in the bathroom sink, it came out black. The hotel website mentions that there is breakfast in the morning, but does not advertise that it is a grab-bag style meal. I have another trip to the area planned for August, and I will not be staying here again.

Cathy at the front desk was phenomenal. She had sent above and beyond to make sure our stay was a wonderful one. As a traveling healthcare worker it had made the teamwork quite easy
Cathy at the front desk was awesome...I left a horrible hotel and moved to hers and NY roo. Wasn't ready yet but she found me another and upgraded it for me! I went from having the hotel from he'll to the best experience I could have! Thank so much!

Unfriendly staff, our room was dirty we found a miniature bat soon as we walked in and then a KY jelly box later beds were horrible I will post a picture of the bat Only the shower was nice very hot water and amazing pressure! I would never recommend staying here Next morning from the guys doing whatever that we listened to all night they were baggies and napkins everywhere outside

If you know you know. I found my room a bit unsettling. The ventilation system was broken, it did not appear or smell as if the room had been properly cleaned at all in recent years, there was evidence of rodents, the wifi did not work properly, I found evidence of drug use in the bedside nightstands IN the Bible, I found a HACK SAW under the bed, which I left for staff to find on the table, and lastly I became sick shortly after my stay, eye, lung, and sinus infections. What if i had brought my child along? Since when does a lower rate deal on a room mean forfeiting health, cleanliness, and safty??

Staff was kind. Hair in tub, goop in sink, dirty carpets, and beds were hard as a rock!! Very outdated also. Breakfastt was in a white paper bag! Very disappointed as I stay in Wyndham's very frequently.

Check in personnel was very courteous and quick everything explained very clearly, room was clean bed very comfortable had a great sleep, great location Food, shopping etc. Hope to stay again in the near future
