Very good service, treated us well. First time visiting. We were from out of town looking for a good Chinese Restaurant and found it. I love Moo Goo Gai Pan and there's was it. Will be back for sure

It pains me to make this post. This is the first time I’ve ever not liked something I’ve got from this place. I did let this grace reflect in my rating. The service was fine, our only issue was the beef was extremely chewy and just not good and that was upsetting because we got not one but two beef dishes, so both dishes had beef that we couldn’t even eat. We spent $90 on our order (before the DoorDash tip and fees) so it was kind of a letdown. We’ll never order those items again. Still willing to give another chance to How Lees as this is the first poor food experience.

Went here as I wanted some noodles and the wife loves egg foo yung. They had the highest rating online and I saw they had won the newspaper award multiple years. Well deserved as it turned out, everything was great! Great flavors, crispy veg in the dishes.

I absolutely love Howlee! The portions are amazing for family meals, and they have personal options as well as, their delicious donuts. The restaurant is clean and timely. This is my go to chinese restaurant and my first recommendation!!!

They asked me to take down my negative review in order to receive a refund..
They are aggressive about addressing food complaints. Said the chicken is “crispy” and all their other customers like that.
(It was chewy.. like, bubble gum chewy.)
If you want better Chinese, go to the Sesame Inn on Rt 19 or even the Chinese buffet by harbor freight..
Yes, the buffet at Grand China is better than the food here.. which is pretty bad for takeout.
We ordered two Chefs Specials, both chicken.. they were terrible. They are cheap.. no meat, all breading.

Absolutely without a doubt the best Chinese food in Washington County. The employees are very hardworking but could be just a tad little friendlier.

My girlfriend and I pick up from here fairly regularly and they are always so friendly, the portions are big, and the food is the best. Highly recommend!

Worst Chinese food I ever had.
Best Chinese food I have ever had in my life. The people who work here are friendly and down to earth. A must try if you find yourself in Washington.
I ordered the orange chicken. Never again! Very little taste, chicken was tough, grisly type. I had take-out. I didn't finish eating it due to poor taste and quality of meal.
