It's nostalgia for me. I grew up with Islays chipped ham. Nothing is quite the same. So, when I am in the area, I make a special trip to get a few pounds. Tastes the same. It's sort of a little deli store that's old. So, not much for anesthetics but I go for the chipped ham so.
Services is always immaculate. Pepperoni rolls are delicious. Definitely try their baked goods as well !! Cashiers are lovely people. They truly treat regulars with kindness. I enjoy seeing them throughout my weeks !!!
Only one thing I can speak for at this place and it's the pepperoni rolls and Stromboli. Absolutely amazing!!! They make them fresh around lunchtime everyday from risen dough. They are always hot and fresh from the oven when you buy them. I assume it's because they sell so many. Do not pass this place up around lunch without stopping for a pepperoni roll or Stromboli! Just don't buy them all, leave some for me.
