Ate here a few times, although overpriced, food was pretty decent. On one occasion though, there was multiple long hairs in our food. Politely told them, and they gave us 2 coupons for a free slice of pizza (cheese only, have to pay extra for even pepperoni). Came in to use that to take food home, and ordered other food as well. After paying, noticed that appetizers were half off during happy hour, and told them that. The manager came over and they apologized and I said instead of the partial refund that another order of the same appetizer was fine. They nicely agreed and thought all was well. Then a minute or two later, after they said all of that, they said it’s dine in only. Whole experience was just agitating and after paying hefty prices, finding multiple long hairs, and now this back and forth, won’t be back and don’t recommend.

Atmosphere- 4 stars- located in the Old Mill shopping center in Washington PA is one of the best pizza joints around. Very clean with a decent amount of seating. Dine-in or take out which seems to be a popular option at this location. They also have a full bar.
Service- 3 stars- our waitress was very nice but could have been a little more attentive however she was the only wait staff the night we were there.
Food- 4 stars- we got a small pizza with pepperoni and pepper rings. NY style and was a great pizza- loved the crust- chewy and delicious!!! Highly recommend stopping here for your pizza cravings. They also have other options besides pizza.

The new manager was rude and is a joke. However, the food is usually good. Tonight, I ordered a plain slice and 2 slices with toppings. After way too long of a wait, I asked the manager Amy what was going on. Amy got an attitude with me for just inquiring about the status and she said that someone else ordered the same thing so she gave it to them even though my order was first in line. I pointed that out to her and once again I was on the receiving end of rudeness and attitude. She said that one of my slices with toppings was ready and we are waiting on a new round pie to cook for the other two. I asked if I could get a fresh slice to replace the one that will be sitting there and Amy said, with attitude, "No, that is a waste of a pizza slice and toppings." Mind you, I had to wait because she gave my order to someone who came in after me. When I made the reasonable request for an itemized receipt, Amy, once again, got shitty with me. If you are unable to deal with people in a respectful manner, get out of the food service industry. We will now drive the extra distance to Italian Village in McMurray instead of Washington location.
Ordered take out. Pizza was burnt. Black, inedible crust.

The manager is harassing us on Facebook. Because the male manager that was there said he would replace a pizza that was messed up. If she didn't want to replace the pizza that's all she had to say
We have been ordering pizza from Italian Village for a while, now, and we have always enjoyed our meal. We usually order take-out, so I can't speak to the on-site service, but the take-out service has always been more than acceptable...until this last time. When I arrived after the allotted time period after 1/2 hour to pick up my pizza, I was told that the order hadn't been submitted, and I would have to wait for it to be made. This was going to be a bit of a problem, as I had people waiting for the pizza at home who needed to be out the door pretty quickly. That wasn't going to happen now. It wasn't busy, as only one table was full and a couple were seated at the bar, so it wasn't them being busy that caused the issue. At this point, a proper way to handle a customer would be to offer him a soft drink while he waits; this wasn't done. When the pizza was finished, I wasn't offered any discount for my inconvenience. That would have been the least the staff could do after wasting my time. I'm going to have to reassess my choices, next time, about which pizza place to order from.

Not your neighborhood "Italian" village pizza restaurant anymore. No BYOB. No self-serve ice, pop, water, or other. Heaven forbid you have to get up to throw away an errant hot pepper put on your side salad. $60 dollars plus a 10$ tip got us a 14 inch regular cheese pizza with a little extra 🧀 cheese, a single slice of left over shelf pizza, a single slice of thick "Sicilian" cheese pizza, one pepsi, one tap water, and one large sample of powdered pizza dough turned into a desert. It was difficult to tell if the freshly made pizza was just a 14-inch regular size plain cheese red sauce pizza, or was with the extra mozerrella we ordered. Get there at 8 pm or so at night and you may as well order a full fresh pizza because if you get a single slice after 8 pm they will only give you what has not sold yet....i think nothing is made fresh for single slices that late to the closing time of 9 pm. Good luck with the trattoria style plan.

Tried calling to figure out what ingredients are used in the gluten-free crust (I only need to know if it was cauliflower-based because I'm allergic to that as well) and was met with a very well spoken female employee who was very kind but said they didn't know what ingredients are in the crust bc it comes premade. I don't mind a premade crust, as this is how most pizza places are accommodating gluten sensitivities, but you should know what the ingredients are...they should be on the container/box that they came in.
Slice of Pizza was cold, salad was ok stale croutons,I was not finished with salad and server threw dressing cup in with out asking if I was done!!!!

I ordered items tonight for delivery. A salad for myself and a piece of pizza for my grandson. The salad was $21 and Came with lettuce, tomato and french fries which I didn’t want. Not one piece of protein not even a hard boiled egg for $21. I called to complain and the girl could’ve cared less I will never order from them again.
