Past couple times I got wings they were kinda slopped together and under cooked. Burnt French fries came along with the wings because they didn’t clean out the basket. Pizza tasted good but was missing that extra care. Bring in Fausto! 25 year customer here. This was Thursday night.

Online they listed fresh garlic as a topping. Then after I paid and my girlfriend is picking up the food I get told that they don't have minced garlic so they used garlic powder instead! I told them I don't want garlic powder I'll oder something different and are making me pay for a different pizza instead of the girl simply telling me on the phone that they don't have fresh garlic!

The food was delicious and well-prepared. I discovered this restaurant by accident and am so happy I did. I got delivery so can’t comment on service. This will now be my go-to place for pizza and steak hoagie and look forward to trying other menu options.

I have read quite a few negative reviews and I can only imagine it’s a staffing issue. The food was great and the service was perfect. Best pizza we’ve had in a long time. Done perfectly etc. Wings were cooked right and the buffalo sauce was just right. Gyro was spot on, fries crisp and hot. My wife’s spaghetti was delicious. We just ordered the one slice to try their pizza. We will return and hopefully they’ve fixed the staff that was working during some of these negative reviews.

I'm not one to leave low reviews but my last couple experiences have been terrible. Undercooked. Soggy. When I asked the waitress to put it back in because of it, her only response was "that's just how NY style pizza is". It is not for the record. 2 stars cause the canoli are great but I think they even raised the price on those. Go elsewhere.

Customer service was Grade A. Our waitress was amazing. She was consistent in checking in on us and giving refills. She even changed the tvs to the football game for us which was awesome. The atmosphere is comfortable too. Seating is good, they have more than we thought. Only one down side was it was kind of cold in there but thats just me being picky. The food was SPECTACULAR and FRESH!!! Pizza was perfectly cooked and hot! Steak calzone was MASSIVE and stuff fully. Waitress brought our daughters slices first which was very thoughtful and I greatly appreciated. Wings took longer than everything else but was well worth the wait as they were delicious (honey bbq.) The wings were big in size and very saucy. We will be returning for sure, IVP you have won a long time customer! Thank you so much for being here in washington. I highly reccomend to dine in if you do decide to get some food from them.Parking: Many spots to parkKid-friendliness: They have a back booth area away from the bar and front perfect for kids.
Have not found a better New York Style pizza in this area. Large seating area and a long bar offer a variety of tables and seating for in house dining. The servers were working furiously on a busy night, were very friendly. Very extensive menu. Will be back.

Ordered twice from this location. The first time (pick up) we got the wrong pizza, however we didn't realize until we got home and by that time the kids were hungry so I never complained. Decided it give it another shot (delivery)...we got the complete wrong order so I called. They remade what we ordered and sent it. After 2 hours and $32 later (for one pizza) we finally got the correct order except the pizza was a mess (see attached picture)

This was my favorite pizza until about a month ago when they stopped cooking the crust all the way. My last 3 pizzas the crust wasn't done. Probably giving them one more time to see if they correct the problem. I eat here all of the time and my friends have said the same thing about the crust!

Wound up ordering @italianvillagepizza here in Washington. Never had them before so I was pretty excited. I ordered online to pick up, it was ready in a normal amount of time. I've never been inside this place and was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. It felt more like a restaurant than I thought. In my head I was imagining the inside kind of looking like on the the mall pizza shops. But there was well stocked bar. I ordered their italian wedgie and a side of fries. The italian wedgie was delicious, completely reminded me of the fair. It was huge, did not even make a dent in the second piece. Their fries were okay, they definitely hit the spot though.

If you like pizza with zero to LITTLE sauce and minimal amount of cheese, especially when extra cheese was requested. Pricey pizza for what you get!!! Definitely NOT worth it.
