I stopped in on my lunch break to grab a sub. There was one person they were finishing with. So I waited. A girl came over and ask cold or hot sub. I saw cold. She let out the biggest sigh and rolled her eyes. Turned her back to me to talk to her co worker. So I walked out. When they ask started at me. I said if you don't want to wait on me I'll go some where else. Terrible customer service. I guess going to a sub shop and asking for a cold sub is to much work for them. Go anywhere else if you want to be treated properly.

If there was a rating higher than 5 stars they would earn it 100% of the time! The food is always nice and fresh and comes out quickly. The staff is always very kind and helpful. Last time I ordered the buffalo cheesesteak and it was ready in about 5 minutes and was the perfect consistency!

wow wow wow! customer service at its finest! we just moved to this area and we're so happy to have a jersey mikes near by! was actually a requirement in the house we chose lol! we stopped in for the first time today and can guarantee we will be back countless times! they took care of us and our toddler to the fullest! what a great experience!

Read some negative reviews on this place LITERALLY TODAY but was in the area and stopped. Staff was very nice and professional. Sandwiches were great. Son had Italian Mike's Way and I had Philly. Both excellent.

Although they have very fresh ingredients today I was surprised when I placed an order and ask for the oil and vinegar to be on the side separated into two separate containers due to my medical condition and the fact that I can't have a bunch of oil and the gentleman working there told me that he would not do it that they were already pre-packaged and mixed what should I know for a fact isn't true because every time I've ordered they've done it for me. Really dropped the ball on this. Will notify corporate! Because my husband was trying to be nice by picking the order up for me because he knows I did 15 hours of dialysis and was drained and needed to eat and then to have my order messed up not once but twice on top of how much gas I had to waste not to mention how physically exhausted I am from my treatment. Totally unacceptable. And the gentlemans name was Matt. Absolutely mind blown

Other that the sub being good I go there 4 times my first two visits was good after me third order was what they feel like giving me did not get what I order my fort order I there waiting when I see everyone getting there order and am not getting my I of to ask them to check my order only to hear my paper drop so it’s did not started. They need more people are go slow cause when it’s lunch time they be messing up.
