Parking: Right next to the Sam's Club and Walmart. Parking is no problem.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp available, entire store open to the disabled. Not a physically disabled person myself however.

I realize JM’s would prefer you to order on line, but I make a few changes and it’s difficult. I just placed an order by phone to our local store on Trinity Point Dr in Washington PA and spoke with Laura. She is the sweetest person! JM’s is lucky to have her as an employee. She was so helpful and these days I feel like customer service is a lost art. It comes natural to her and I really appreciate it. Excellent job Ms Laura!

Went into Jersey Mike’s to get a bowl, usually it’s rolled like a sushi roll, it wasn’t. I asked about it and he said that corporate changed it but, I could request it be done that way since I am paying. “DOM” today 4/20 after I called and requested it made my bowl without the sushi roll way, I then paid for extra cheese so he got frustrated, slammed the door with the cheese on it and I told him he told me I could request it this way and got pretty nasty toned with me. He said he is refusing next time to make my order how I request. It is also 8:38 pm and he is rushing as they close at 9pm. Terrible terrible customer service. I come to this place everyday and this is the first time I’ve experienced this treatment. He also stated he is “NEW”.

This location may be new, but they know what they are doing. The staff is always friendly, and they are always joking around with eachother. Something i saw that i loved was that a teammember showed another teammember how to may a certain sub since it was so popular, even though it wasnt his job for the day. I love to see the growth mindset of these individuals.

Came here during the lunch rush and was able to get my sub within a reasonable amount of time. Definitely worth stopping by. Cold sub deli meats are sliced right in front of you and hot subs are grilled to order. My family is very happy that Jersey Mike’s has opened a location in Washington. Five stars.

Super job! I went in during a very busy dinner rush and was taken care in a timely manner. Everyone was on point with doing their “job”. Super friendly. I am so happy they are now in Washington. Great launch ??. Super good subs! I will make sure to tell my friends.
