Went to stop to get a sandwich and they were already closed . Store and sign says 6pm and they had everything all packed up and was mopping the floor at 5:40 and the doors locked … such a bummer :(

We love Jimmy John’s, we had two in Morgantown WV, but they are currently closed. We were driving back from Wexford starved and googled sub shop near us, they popped up! We google mapped when we got there the door said they closed in 15 minutes. We walked through the door and didn’t go all the way in, there was a young boy standing at the side of the counter and he looked at me and I asked “is it too late to get a sandwich” because I didn’t want to rudely dirty up things that they may have cleaned. He ignored me and looked back down. There was a second young boy behind the cash register. He looked up at me “I ask is it too late to get a sandwich”? He also didn’t answer but looked a me and looked at a young lady, the manager, she came from towards the back and ask smiling, “can I help you”? I said yes, I just wanted to know if we could still get a sandwich”? and she politely and kindly said yes you can, and took my order. The two boys were not happy and their faces showed it. Thanks to the manager she was sweet and kind. We got two really good nightclub sandwiches. Everything was fresh and delicious as always and the store was very clean. The parking lot isn’t the easiest to get out of with a big truck but it was so worth it! After we got our sandwiches, we were sitting in our car eating and three other people went in the door before 6 o’clock, and she took them too.😊

I’m working a night shift and I stopped to get a turkey cheese sandwich on the way in so I thought that’s what I got. I basically got a salad sandwich with one slice and I mean one slice of turkey and one slice of cheese. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever bought from the Jimmy John’s ever!! I already Left or I would’ve brought the sandwich inside and ask him where is my meat and cheese. The sandwich is absolutely pathetic and I wouldn’t recommend this Jimmy John’s to anyone unless they’re a vegetarian. I guess because I’m older maybe they thought I was stupid one slice of turkey and one slice of cheese is it even enough for a kindergarten child for a sandwich? I would give the zero stars, but I have to give it something bottom line. The store sucks. I will never go in there again. I will go to Subway. They make a better sandwich.

Usually JJ is always a good choice but this location is not. I ordered delivery to the hotel near and tipped the driver which I regret. The food was dropped off at the front desk even though all other delivery's deliver to the room. They did not inform me of the drop off until I called them. I requested napkins and did not receive any. The driver was lazy and did not want to bring to the room. Do not tip the driver.

Yesterday, which was Wednesday January 15th 2025, I ordered two number nines. One of those was to have no dressing and no onions. They even wrote it on the wrapper. My husband has to take lunch to work there is no microwave and for the second time his sandwich had onions and dressing on it. So needless to say my husband went without lunch today and this is why he never wants me to get Jimmy John's because every single time we have ordered it without something they still put it on. I absolutely love Jimmy John's but it looks like I'm going to have to start going someplace else because when you have to work 10-hour days and you don't get any lunch that sucks!!!
